I once read about this kid who watched his teacher do a demonstration with sodium (Na) in it's elemental form, which is highly reactive and dangerous. It's the really fun one where you put it in water and watch it dance about and burn *grin* :D
Anyway, he thought that was pretty cool so he stole some Na and wrapped it in paper towels with oil (which it's stored in...oil that is) and put it in his pocket. When the oil dried off eventually, the Na burned through the paper towels and his clothes and his skin....:eek:

(1) Earth CAN be taken over, but no one can keep it even if they want to.
(2) And if you're trying to conquer the universe ... just forget it!

And really, it's not all that much fun, I'd advise you all to stick to your day job as Mad Scientists or Evil Alien Leaders or whatever you are.

I have spoken with Him; this is why I know that no one can keep Earth for long. Why are we fighting, though? We almost seem to be saying the same thing. Did I not just say I would advise one who wanted to conquer the world on how to do so -- to tickle people into submission, and so forth? But not being responsible for something awful that happened is not a reason to ignore it and not help to make it better. If everything's going to hell in a handbasket, you could at least line the handbasket with pillows or something.

I think it's pretty much impossible to get it out of the handbasket, and if you try it becomes your responsibility. So if the world does go to hell in a handbasket, but you failed in taking it out, the blame and such will then be layed on you.

We gremlins don't have much dealings with Santa Claus, drives the elves crazy you know, reindeer wouldn' wanna carry us'ns either! If you really want a gremlin like me, Earth's not the right place for it, really all the Earth-gremlins do is cause trouble, never pause to speak to humans or anything, they're not worth your time. You've got to go to a parallelaverse, you do, not easy for humans, is it? Though England's got a very high percentage of -- well, never mind there, I'll see if I can convince Pandora to be your gremlin, Dora's always wanted to see Earth., an' she's fairly nice, but one piece of advice Mir: be careful what you wish for! :D ;)

It might just come true. Okay I'll be Dora's friend if she want's to see earth or I might pop into that parallel uni thing and pick one up for myself. Be better conversation than anyone else in England (other than Roxie!) anyway!!! Perhaps a new gremlin could chase away the nasty gremlins in my computer. Mx

What makes God's doings so obvious to me is that I am a god myself. A psychic evil god proved 50 times in a row by the magic 8 ball (with several "reply hazy"s inbetween, but there weren't any nos). So even though god and I disagree on a few things here and there, we're still pretty much buddy buddy. And usually whatever I ask for from God I get. Yes, prayer works.
And if God's true name is "I am", wouldn't that make us all close to God? If everytime we say God's name we say "I am", then are we not all a little piece of God?
