My plan is to watch the x-tended versions of the first 2 movies on the same day, then go see ROTK that evening! 9 hours of LOTR!
RANT: BTW, I am a Tolkien "purist", if you will. But....I can appreciate everything that PJ has done to bring this epic to life. You can nit and pick yourselves to death. He did a great job! Sure, he changed and altered some things, but the feeling that you ARE in Middle Earth is there. Even subtle things like mentioning 'the Valar', 'Valinor', 'Balrog of Morgoth' shows that PJ has been paying attention and has read the books. Ah...the never-ending-debate continues.....
