Assasin

This Rpg is about a leaugue of Assasin's who all have special powers. The powers are based on different elements of the World. Light, Shadow, Earth, Air, Fire and Water.

It starts of with six ordinary people. They are approached by a Higher being who tricks them into becoming assasins for him. This is all I have so far, so if you have any idea's you are welcome to pm me about them.

Class: Water elemental mage
Race: Sea-elf
Hair: A vibrant turquoise, curly and long, with a thin braid coming down over her shoulder, decorated with small seashells
Eyes: The color of tropical seas when you get far from shore
Clothes: Kiara wears very little, underwater, as is the custom of sea elves. When she goes on land, she dresses in skintight leggings and what we call a tube top.
Weapons: Underwater weapons are designed to be fast, and hers are no exception. She wears long blades shaped like fins strapped to her forearms, using them to deadly effect. (Those of you who have played Zelda: Mask of Majora, think of the Mikau-link's boomerang fins)
Jewelry: The one bit of jewelry Kiara wears is a delicate silver circlet on her head. Hanging down slightly on her forehead rests a pendant set with an aqua jewel.
Distinguishers: Kalile has irregular lighter patches on her dusky brown arms. She also walks rather differently from land dwellers.

Power:Master of light. I can maniuplate(sp?) light to do my biding . My power is stongest at noon.

Weapons: Sword, bow and arrows, and 3 hidden daggers. (one of which has a posioned tip.)
Other: Is a Ranger and good friend to Faramir.

ooc: ok i'm starting now.

A shadow flickered along a dark alleyway as the dwarf walked past the street. A figure stepped out drawing two long poisoned daggers. The figure dispersed back into the shadow, another flicker! The figure stepped out of the shadow of a nearby tavern. He looked up and the light of the moon shone downover his pale smoothe face only marred with a long scar that appeared in the middle of his right cheek and dissapeared under the scarf that covered his mouth. His black eyes glistened as he looked at a puddle of water some few yards away and then at a guttering torch outside the tavern. He made a gesture and the puddle seemed to move closer to the dwarf ahead, also the torch seemed to die down and a torch further ahead seemed to grow. A thin ray of light from the moon shifted and moved steadily forward too. A soft breeze brushed through the leaves of the surrounding trees. The trees whistled in the wind. A recieving signal and the man dissapeared beck nto the shadows.

Another figure, smaller, stood waiting silently behind the trees. The breeze that surrounded her was making her clothes billow in the night. She heard the recieving signal from the shadow and watched as it disappeared yet again.

I sat in the shadows, my heart pounding in my chest. A voice had led me here, bid me to come. I gripped the hild of my sword, prepared for anything, or anyone that might come my way.
"Don't be so tense, Evan." Said a smooth voice below her. "And I suppose you have a better idea, Alexiel?" She snapped.

[zavron]

The figure apeared out of the shadow to the right. Another stepped out from amongst the trees. Another appeared standing in a puddle. And anotherin front of the dwarf. A nother appeared from around a corner ahead and another appeared in the light of a guttering torch. Slowly they closed in upon the frightened dwarf.

I shivered, something was not right here. Alexiel let out a short breath, and growled. "Hush." I snapped. The darkness grew around me, my heart pounded harder in my chest.

[Kalile]

Er... sorry to interrupt the dramatic flow, but are we all assassins right now, or have we yet to be tricked?

[Gulio, Strength of Many]

ooc: I guess i'm the dwarf then...:confused:

ic: Panax was very nervous now, something was very wrong. He breathing grew faster, he walked quicker. Rhyddin, where are you? he thought desprately. They're here, he realized. He ducked into the nearest building, trying to escape the things that followed him so relentlessly. "Can I help you?" a voice from behind a large shop counter asked. Panax realized that, luckily, he had stumbled into a crowded tavern. "A pint of your finest ale please," Panax replied. He took his beer and sat amidst a large crowd watching a knife-throwing contest. Hopefully, he could elude his enemies long enough for a drink.

ooc: I thought you were Faramir?????

ic: Rhiddyn sat in a shadowed corner in the tavern. Talarn sat on his shoulder watching anyone that came in. A slight whistle from the falcon told Rhiddyn that he had arrived. He stood and walked over to a frightened dwarf putting a hand on his shoulder.

Galadrea sat in the woods, she was just reading her book when a sudden jolt struck her. "Run!" it said. She left her book by the tree and ran towards the inn. She opened the door and walked in only to find...

ooc: i am having some serious trouble, so please help me out!

ooc: You're an assasin pippintook. You were the one stepped from out of the tree's. The one that appeared infront was air. The one that stepped from behind the corner was light. The one that appeared standing in a puddle is water and the one standing by the lighted torch was fire. Yes we are assasins now. There is no Faramir. Gulio is a dwarf and our master guy, but both different chracters yes? Everyone understand.

All the assasins silently and softly stepped into the tavern.
They all sensed the target was near. They headed towards the bar and looked inside all side-by-side in a line. They were all masked similar to the figure of shadow, except for in different colours with all the same robes on. (Like Ninja.)
"Hey!" The barman called, "You haven't paid!" He shouted at them. swiftly the shadow figure threw a small dart wich pierced his neck and knocked him unconciouss.

ooc: lol, I understand now. scratch my last 2 posts. lol, sorry for the trouble.

I walked out of the shadows of the torch, and into a small tavern with a lot of assians that I had known only for years. I chuckled softly as Deathshadow peirced the neck of a man with a dart.


ooc: I hope this is better. Sorry for err...well I wouldn't call that losing my temper...well anyway, sorry for not...err...losing my temper all the way. :D

We were getting some strange looks from a few people. I glared at them and they turned back to what they were doing before we had come in. I snickered and grabbed an ale out of someone's hand. They didn't say anything.
"Does anyone see him yet?" I asked.

"No. But we should soon." I said.

ooc: Were all cold blooded killers. No sympathy now. Another strange thing that I've done to my character, he can't talk he makes signals. We all know each other pretty well and we don't give a damn about anything that get's in the way. So less goody too-shoes and more viouschousness(sp!!!)

ooc: Better!:D

ooc: Another thing. No pet's when were out trying to kill someone. You can leave your snow-leopard at home for now.

*glares intensely at Zavron again* And why not??? Grr...I love my alexiel...but fine...I'm still mad...:D not really. just a little bit frustrated with Adrian Baggins at the moment.

ooc: Don't worry. It doesn't mean that I'm chucking your snow-leopard out of the thread. We can bring him in later when we all get home. That's OUR home by the way. The assasins live together.

Rhiddyn sensed something was wrong. Talarn flew off his shoulder and landed near the barman. He was dead. "Panax, we must get out of here. They are coming for you." With that, Rhiddyn guided the dwarf to the shadows and out of the inn. He whistled and Talarn came once again to his shoulder. The man and the dwarf made there way to a small cavern. It was dark and cold but anything would be okay as long as Panax was safe. Besides, he is a dwarf.

DeathShadow silently walked through the hushed crowds brushing past everybody as he walked silently viewing everybody.
He turned and made some odd gestures with his right hand. He's left.

[Aewionen]

Rhiddyn looked at Panax. He hadn't said much. With a soft sigh, he leaned against the cold stone. He didn't know how much time he had before they might be found and Rhiddyn prayed they wouldn't be. He knew how deadly these assassins could be, like their deciever.

[Dreran the Green]

"Then what are we waiting for?" Asked Vahaie. She threw the now empty glass against a wall and it shattered. "Let's get going, hmm?"

"My thoughts exactly."

ooc: There will be no "chucking" my snow leopard out. We can take her out for the moment, but, if someone were to "chuck" a leopard out of anywhere...I think they'd wake up in a lot of pain. :D

[Gulio, Strength of Many]

"It's good to see a friendly face Rhyddin," Panax said. "I have been hunted for so long, it's good to have someone on my side." He sighed, "I don't even know why they seek me in the first place!"

Okay, I get it now too!

Ic: Kiara knelt by the unconcious man. "I will make it so he does not remember."

Ooc: I'm kinda being very abstract with her powers, because otherwise whe can't do much more than create a wave and wash everyone away. :rolleyes:
My reasoning for this particular ability is that water washes against and carries away parts of mountains and stones, and so I could probably carry away bits of memories. Sorry if that's confusing... :(

ooc: *Puts head in hands and starts to groan muttering 'Dunderheads!' under his breath. Are you all insane. You can all understand my gestures. The assasins have been together for a long time, practicall ten thousand years! We've been around since Morgoth! I repeat, No Pets and No exotic bright colours. Were cold-blooded assasins and we don't chat idly. It's very precise and measured with lots of signals to each other. Kinda like hunting pack wolves stalking their next meal.

ooc2: Another thing, leave the guy who's unconciouss and change your last few posts. I haven't done anything to you guys or put any mystical cloaky thingy on you. Fimbrethil is the worst. You're getting it entirely wrong and stop major Godmodding for pete's sake!

OOC: First whats Godmodding? Second I'll use "text" and sorry I haven't. Third It's not you've actuttly explained all this! It's the first I've heard of any of it! And I'm probably the worst cause I haven't been on as long as the other people in this RPG.

Firstly, Godmodding is when you take control of other peoples characters and make them do things they don't want you to do. That's major godmodding. Minor godmodding is small movements or reactions, speaking is not one of them.

Secondly, good use text more because it helps clarify what you're doing.

Thirdly and lastly,(and this goes to everybody)
No pets on missions.
We are all cold-blooded Assasins.
We don not use slang from future times, eg. 'Puh-lease!'.
We do not make small-talk.
The number one goal is our mission to exterminate whoever we are paid for to kill.
We do not care about anyone or anything that get's in our way.
This is my Rpg and I make the plot lines. If you want to add Ideas Pm me first.

I want to slit his throat' he said grinning maliciously.Let's go find him then!' He turned on his heel and marched towards the back door.

ic: "Why don't we just each use one of our powers to torture him?" I asked, following DeathShadow.

Good Idea!' He motions behind him.

ooc: ARRGGHH! The 90 second Rule yet again!!!

Galandrea followed the group out. She saw a man sitting quietly by a tree, she lifted her hand and a tree branch fell on his head. That felt good

ic: Eviana turned, and sat the nearest tree on fire, the children below it screaming and running off. It was always fun to make others suffer, or become terrified.

ooc: Hope that's evil enough.

ooc: Yes, but the mission is important so stop fooling around. I'll excuse the last two posts.

Vahaie let the breeze spin around her for a second, then pointed to the right "I caught his scent, he's gone that way" She said, and snickered wickedly "Let's hurry, I have a bloodlust"

They soon arrived at a small cave. There was a dim light coming from inside. It's seems like you wont have to wait any longer.' He grinned again.

[Dreran the Green]

Vahaie grinned back. They slipped inside the cave making absolutely no noise. The dim light made two shadows dance on the wall. "Here we are" she whispered to everyone.

Eviana nodded at the both of them. "Yes, I can sense him now too..."

[zavron]

Deathshadow withdrew two long daggers, and his smiled broadened.

"This will be fun." Eviana whispered to him.

[Dreran the Green]

Vahaie laughed quietly. It amused her that after all this time they could still get so worked up over one little death. She took out her own daggers and looked to the others, as if to ask if they were ready.

Galandrea nodded as she unsheathed her two long knifes

Deathshadow nodded in reply.

ooc: Were going to have to wait till Gulio arrives and the rest.

OOC: I was thinking that too. I'll go pm him. Then maybe he'll get back sooner than later.

ooc: Where Gulio!!!*shouts in empty room*

ooc: Right here! I went on a camping trip/school shopping expidition.

ic: "They're here," Panax whispered to Rhyddin. "Now what?"

OOC:Sheesh! Gone a day and this is what happens. Hey I've mentioned this before but maybe we could petion the mods into making the 90 sec. rule become a 20 sec. rule or something along those lines. What do ya think?

"Now you prepare to suffer!" I said as I snuck up from behind and grabbed Rhyddin.

OOC:I can do that right. I wouldn't Zavron to get mad at us again.:D

Rhiddyn sensed something was wrong but before he could react, he was grabbed. He quickly twisted out of reach and unsheathed his sword. He looked around only to find the others closing in as well. "Panax! Get out of here now!" he said as he ran towards the blocked exit trying to get the assassins out of the way.

[Gulio, Strength of Many]

"Panax! Get out of here now!" Rhyddin yelled as he was getting grabbed from behind. Panax lunged as Rhyddin's attacker, loosening their grip.

So sorry, haven't posted on this for a while. Actually, I think that this is probably for the best, as have very short temper and would probably have stomped off in a rage by now if someone had yelled at me. :rolleyes: Ah well.

Ic: Kiara saw him go and tried to fill it with water before he got to it.
Damn! She thought when the dwarf dodged under the jet of water and darted out before she could get much water into it.

Ooc: Er... I'm kinda commiting two no-nos, here. I'm assuming that the back entrance is a tunnel, with a door at the end, or a hole or something.

And do you mind a little Gidmoding? (Or whatever)

Seeing that he could not , Rhiddyn grabbed Panax by the arm and pulled him further into the cave. Soon they came upon a small ledge that led up to an opening. "Hurry, and once you get out run!" Rhiddyn said as he lifted him up and set him on the tall ridge.

Galandrea caused stones to fall in thier path, but it did not hold them back for long,

ic: Rhyddin set Panax up on the ledge, telling him to go. "not unless you come with me," Panax replied, "I won't let them kill you!"

Just because my character is a relentless killer doesn't mean I want this over too quickly! I want to have a good long adventure before you finally are caught.

The rule is probably because if you post too fast then you'll cause problems with the forum. Computers are cool, but they can't keep up sometimes.

ooc: It was going a tad fast wasn't it.....

ic: Rhiddyn looked back at the tunnel. "Go now! I will be out soon! Go." They are getting closer. Rhiddyn grabbed a small explosive and threw it. The explosive caused rocks to block the assassins from following them. Rhiddyn then climbed out of the cavern.

OOC:YEah finnally a place for me to post!

"Damn! They got away!" I screeched. "What are we going to now? Head back home?"

"Of course not!" hissed Vahaie. "let them go, we'll easily find them again."

OOC: Does anyone know where the heck Zavron is? he hasn't posted in any of the rpgs for days!

I dunno.:confused: Maybe he started school again and thats why. Speaking of which, I start highschool tomorrow, so I probably won't be on as much. If I dissappear for awhile, I'd appreciate it if you guys took over some of my characters so they stayed in the rpgs.

DeathShadow sprang over to the rocks covering the tunnel. With an eery sound he slipped through the rocks in a shadowy form. When he reached the other side, the dwarf had already run. He dissapeared again and appeared in the path ahead of them.

The dwarf had no where to go.
