I will give you a character registration form, which you can mail me back. YOU WILL NOT AUTOMAICALLY BE JOINING, your character must first be approved by myself and my co-admin. Don't think it sounds difficult, it isn't really. :)
We are looking for female characters in particular, there are few. This is a Tolkien PBeM, no other races will be permitted.

Can i join? I tried starting an e-mail game once but G.C.S.E.s made it fall apart (dammit). I think offering people the choice of starting anywhere in middle earth, being anything they wanted and not having a strong group coherency probably didn't help. (Don't rely on magical rings...)
