Anybody else here fans of the Finnish(sp) band: H.I.M.? I love them and only wish they didn't have to change their name to H.E.R. when producing in the U.S. because of some unknown band who had the name H.I.M. oh well...btw, they are not mainstream.

Never heard of them. Do they sing in Finnish or English? Or other languages? Also, what type of music is it...rock...pop..etc?

they had to change the name because a band by the name of HIS INFERNAL MAJESTY exists...that is the original H.I.M

they sing in english, but they have and accent, and it is rock.

I LOVE H.I.M - I nearly got to see them in concert. They were touring with Ozzy, but then Ozzy cancelled his tour up here and by the time he scheduled a new date, H.I.M wan't with them anymore.:(

Ville Valo is amazing - I love "Sacrament" and "Funeral of Hearts" - just to name two songs!

Have you listened to their new album. It's like the best of HIM - I haven't listened to it yet but I should be getting it soon. I can't wait.:)

ive heard of HIM. they are quite good and their symbol has been graffiteed all over our school lol. my friend is quite a big fan. infact she is in love with the lead singer. they are involved lol. ah well funeral of hearts is a cool song

THEY'RE AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!! Listening to their music sends shivers down my spine, I totally love them, they're music is just so different. I just got their new album today - which technically only has two new songs on. So the rest is just repeating their other albums - which I also have:D - but I don't care spending money on songs I already have cos it's HIM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And yes Ville Valo is totally gorgeous as well. *goes off into dreamland* His voice........

Yeah, I love that Finnish accent of his. Actually I've been meaning to visit Finland for a while, maybe after I've finished school.

I don't mind that they're not your favourite band. Not many people know or like most of their songs, which makes them even more special. To me anyway.

Finns have a special accent when they're speaking English, 'cause Finnish is so different from the Indoeuropean languages.
