I have nothing against Orlando in person, but I think his role in LotR is greatly overestimated (by the fangirls at least). I mean, unlike Aragorn or Gimli, Legolas didn't have an interesting personality. To me, he didn't seem to have any feelings. Orland was boring thoughout the whole of FotR. It wasn't until TTT that he got a little interesting. I was overjoyed to see that scene where he got angry with Aragorn, showing some feelings.

No offence to either Orlando or the fangirls, but I think there are other, more complex characters in the LotR movies to fall in love with than Orlando.

I don't think they fell in love with him because of the complexity of his character...

I liked it when he shouted at Aragorn (deep in my mind I was thinking: Go Elf Boy go) and when he said sorry I was really annoyed because what did he do wrong? He just said his opinion.

Aragorn - Viggo Mortensen .... a really good actor, but he seems a little to old for all the fangirls (including me).
