Just a thought-

Is this going to be included in ROTK? It didn't look like it because TTT ended with everyone heading toward Minas Tirith. What about Saruman and the Palantir? I, for one, was disappointed not to see Gandalf confront Saruman. And what about Merry and Pippin? How are they giong to get to Minas Tirith?

(I'm not sure if this thread already exists) :o :)

Yeah, they were hardly even done with Helm's Deep, and haven't even made their way to Isengard yet. I expect that will certainly happen in the next film, which looks like it will have a lot of ground to cover.

At the end of TTT they show Gandalf, Aragorn, Theoden, Legolas, and Rohan riding to the top of a hill. Gandalf is saying the war for ME is just beginning, or something along these lines, and they are looking out toward what I thought was Minas Tirith and Mordor. Am I right? If no one else saw this then I better go see it again. I got the idea that Gandalf wasn't going to Isengard. I could be wrong....

How does looking towards Mordor imply that he isn't going to Isengard? He was looking east because he was talking about the hobbits. That doesn't mean he's headed there, when they haven't even cleaned up the mess at the Deep yet.

So far, the beginnings of the movies have been pretty good. Hope this one follows suit! (what ever it is.....hey, I thought it was Narsil reforged as Anduril!)

I see your point and I hope you're right, but how do you know they haven't finished with the Deep. They defeated the Uruks. What else is there, a burial for the dead?
