Marvell gets action figure license

I read that Marvel got the LotR action figure license for the movies. But there are already action figure, made by Toy Vault, right? www.middleearthtoys.com (http://www.middleearthtoys.com) Will there be two competing lines of action figures then?

i just wrote a long rant-post in the LotR section about how horrible LotR happy meals would be - action figures (esp. in connection with this movie) would just be really sad. the last thing LotR needs is more exploitation.

and don't get me started on Warriorette Arwen...
