in the movie the two towers my friend say that the palinter of gondor or whatever is supossed to happen in the two towere but i say it happens in return of the king can anyone help me with this?:confused: :)

well.... in TTT book, Pippin looks into the palantir at night and gets really scared and Gandalf takes Pippin away.

If that is what your friend meant then he/she is right.

Hello and welcome. I wasn't really clear on what your question was, but I brought the thread about the palantir in TTT to the top of the forum, so you could discuss it there. From the title of this thread, I also thought you might have meant that they made a mistake, and the appropriate place for that would be in the Mistakes thread (just do a search for it). I'm going to close this thread now.
