Does anyone know a site where you can learn elvish

I heard from a friend that there is a site dedicated to the language of elvish...I know i sound like a loser but hey im a die hard fan:D

Unfortunately, although Quenyan (or, High Elvish) is grammatically complete, there is not enough vocabulary for one to be able to speak it casually. If you are interested in learning what there is to learn, I have tons of links on the subject -- I'll PM them to you. This is a redundant thread, but I'll refer you to Writing using Tengwar characters (http://entmoot.tolkientrail.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=5568) where a bunch of mooters have learned to write English using the tenwar alphabet.
