My favorite is probably Gimli's. "Toast me" indeed. Closely followed by Aragorn's "Aragorn, son of Alfred".

But I have to agree, the FOTR ones were better. My favorite of those was the last one. "I suppose we'll never have to see them again". (Although "By nightfall these hills will be swarming with ox!" makes me wonder why they were in such a hurry to get away. ;))
