MTV just had a movie house special, for TTT ( yea, snotty mTV-ers got to see it BEFORE US!) but there were some awesome previews!

the "you would be dead before your stroke fell" line is in the movie, along with some extremely awesome shots of battle (but that's to be expected) Ithilien was changed alittle, but it still looks positivley wonderus. Saw some puzziling parts with arwen, but she didn't look like she was doing anything to riun a movie. the Haradrim, look absolutley TERRIFYING!

that's all i can type now, because i have to go to work. wow i didn't know that i could type that fast! hahahaha

They all said 'woooo lotta action! It kicked butt' :rolleyes: lol The only really annoying stuff they said were things like 'soo much better than the first! Way more action' They all generally liked it alot :cool:

I read something somewhere (aintitcoolnews.com maybe?) about the evils of MTV. Seems that they let people in to see the movie and during the high points they went in to interview people with a camera and really bright lights to disrupt the person and the people around them. It really ticked some people off because they couldn't really see the movie.

I think they do a little "mean while back in Rivendell..." I'll sumarize the trailer I just saw on TV

Eowyn is talking to Aragorn as he is leading a horse. She asks about the woman who gave him the jewel around his neck. Flash to a scene with Aragorn in battle and a voice over "the alliance between elves and men is over" (I think it was Elrond...) flash to scene with Aragorn on ground and Arwen on top of him (think it was the "dream" scene) she fades out. Flash to Rivendell Arwen "you have the gift of foresight! what did you see!?" Elrond "he will not survive" the trailer ended with Aragorn opening those doors.

I'm sure I left out bits and peices, those parts really just stuck in my mind.

from what ive read about stuff, PJ kind of strays from the book a bit more than he did the last one, so i'll keep my wincingly-hopeful-that-he-didn't-massacre-TTT pants on.

I love Spoilers!!! ;) I think they are really cool and I love reding whats behind them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Unfortunately I can't help myself! :( I've read all the spoilers about TTT and Ihavn't seen it yet! :( Now I know what happens and that everyone thinks its crap! :( I STILL CAN'T WAIT TO SEE IT THOUGH!!!!!!

I didn't think that it was crap, just different. I think that if people expect this film to be the book brought to life, they will be deeply disapointed. If they rate the film as a film, they will enjoy it more. I disagreed with many parts and how PJ showed certain bits, but I still enjoyed the film.

I saw it yesterday, opening day AND i get to see it AGAIN tomorrow, Friday! YAY! i'm so happy. It's a great movie, i really liked it as a movie. However i did cry a tear when Haldir died, i loved haldir. :( When he died my friend whom i was with whom is also a die hard lotr movie fan, cried like a baby, the movie took a real toll on her. I loved the comedy, much better then the first movie! i LOVED gollum. He was gross and nasty but someone ... BLOOMS into a loverly little adorable creature whom you think is cute. FARAMIR IS EVIL! I loved the little quirk, my new line is,
" Don't tell the elf." that kinda made me mad, lol, that part was hecka funny! it was wierd, when i was watching parts of it, i was thinking, 'so what's gonna happen?' but as before my friends can quote me on this



"They F****D up the book, but the movie was AWESOME!"




The only one part that pissed me off being recognition was the part where Eomer stole Gandalf's line to Grima Wormtounge, OOOH that made me so mad!!
