Darn Wizards

[Lubyla]

Ok, this is my first attempt at opening an RPG. Hopefully I will get more people in it. Here is the main idea:

Place: Bree(It's a good meeting spot.)
Plot: The fate of Middle Earth depends on one elf(me) and her close friends,the elf who hates wizards must join them to save Middle Earth and Herself.I know, it stinks, put if it dies, I'll know why.

Race:Elf
Age:Too old
Weopons: A long golden wood bow, engraved with a fire bird, a quiver of arrows, each representing a memorie, and a Mirthil balde with an elvish spell, which she hardly uses.
Looks: Clad in all white. Has long, golden hair and deep green eyes.Is tall. Most beautifl of the elves. Has a wonderful voice too.
Personality: Hates wizards and new people untill she meets them. Has little sence of humor.

Day Awartha:
The elf wears her long brown hair on her head, twisted and turned beautifully. She wears a baby blue outfit: skirt and top shirt. Her weapon is a black bow with panther eyes painted on it. Her arrows are white andare made to look like wiskers.

Night Awartha:
The wizard wears baby blue robe. Her weapon is a mithril staff, bearing at the top a gold ring. Suspeneded in the ring is a round blue topaz stone. It is carved so that one half looks like a moon, and the other half looks like a sun.

age is 280

Oh, the only thing im wondering about is what is the danger in Middle Earth? Or have you not thought of one yet.

Lubyla had to get off for tonight which is why I (her best friend*grins*) am answering the questions. Um knowing Lubyla the Danger will probably have something to do with her companion Andodulin, bening who he is, and hopefully something about EFreddy. Truth be told I have absoultly no idea for once and she refuses to tell me! Any who...

Description Long, Brown hair, braided and braided and braided again!! Has large blue eyes, wears a dark green tunic, skirt, leggings, and boots. Carries a green bow with golden etchings of trees and leaves on it. carries a sword as well, and one knife. She has one companion, her horse, Asforoth, a gray stallion.

Sicirus is right squirrels can be terrifying, last night I had a dream that a whole army of them was surrounding me! And then my alarm saved me. Hopefully they aren't waiting for me in my sleep. So were all in Bree to start?

yup, and I think we'll start now, cause Fred is not on :D

ic:* Sitting in the back of the prancing pony, hood over my eyes, shadowing my face, I watched the people. How blind they were not to notice me, clad in all white. I waited, almost expecting something. I then walked up to the desk and booked a room. It would be a long night...*

[Fred Baggins]

*I was just outside of Bree, making my slow way over to the small twon, when I noticed I was fast approching a drove of orcs. I grabbed my bow, and pulled out an arrow, carefully fitting it. I kept on, the sun making it's slow way, showing me that it was noon. I tried to pass the drove in silence, for I am not overly skilled with a bow. Fortunatly I did, thank the stars. I got in Bree and traveled to The Prancing Pony. There I met up with Lubyla.*

ooc: You can decide if I know you or not.*grins*

*Quickly I dodged into the back of the room, to my table, after spieing someone.*

ooc: Fine then be that way. *hrumph* She's not even a wizard right now!

ic: *I pulled down my hood, to reveal my dark hair. I picked out a table and set my bow down, then waited for someone whom I was supossed to meet. Wile waiting I pulled out a 'project' I was working on, a dagger, of wich I poured as much 'magic' I could. It wasn't really magic, for I don't belive in magic, but it was a form of energy. This was a trick I had learned from a friend, who accedenlty was transported to another world once.*

* Andodulin flew onto the chair next to me*Hullo there, what is the news of the world.

[Fred Baggins]

*I lost myself in the crafting of the dagger, and when I looked up again, many hours had passed.(Kinda like time spent on Comp huh?) The one which I looked for was still not there and I began to worry.*

[Duddun]

I was sitting up in my room at the Prancing Pony, smithing myself a new tunic with my pet Zuzzun. I told him to go see what was going on downstairs, I knew many things happened down there and never wanted to miss anything important.
He came back saying that an elf clad in all white was down there. I decided to go see who it was...

[Lubyla]

*I became indulgd in my conversation, and lost track of time.* You say there is a wizard somewhere near? Well, then we shall stay hidden, shant we?

[Fred Baggins]

ooc: I SAID She's not a wizard right now! Grrr.....

ic:*I happened to glance up and see at last that whom I was waiting for. I stood up and nodded to him, and motioned that we step outside.* Resta, I am glad to see you again. No don't take the hood off, I mean it! I really am glad to see you. You are late though, for it is a few hours till sunset. There are orcs on the outskirts of Bree, so please, before you go, be careful. *I looked up into the darkness of his hood, then reached up and kissed the cheek hiden in it.* Now, take this, *I shoved the dagger into his hand* it is an energy dagger, and you know what that means. I will spend the night here, then continue my way. I wish you could come with me...Yes, I know you have no choice, but neither do I. I love you, and perhaps someday we will meet again. *I stepped back inside, as I felt a tear trickle down my cheek. I then picked up my bow and arrows and went back outside again, traveling to a nearby secluded forest, for it was almost sunset.*

[Duddun]

I came downstairs and sat down in a corner putting my hood over my face so I could see but no one could see my face. I spied the elf that Zuzzun told me about, I ordered a bite to eat and watched her closely. She was talking to her bird. Then I figured it out it was Lubyla from (fill in) she was well known. I told Zuzzun to take notes on all that her bird and her said and to tell me if they did anything strange then I turned to my food and started eating.

OCC I didn't get a PM (yet) so I'm gonna start, I guess


IC * There I was, in Bree at the Prancing Pony. Just sitting there, minding my own business, when Barliman walked up to me. "Ahh! Astarien, what brings you to Bree?"

"None of your business, actually, but it would be a help if you got me some sort of a drink." He nodded, and walked off. Just then, an elf clad in white entered. She seemed to be waiting for someone, or something. I wondered if she was whom I was waiting for. Just then, another elf approached the first one. I became confused, and asked Barliman over. Then I lost sight of the elf in white. "Barliman, who is the white elf?"

He pondered for a moment, then answered, "She is Lubyla." Booked a room for the night, I believe."

"Which one is it?" I asked

''I can't tell you that. I cater to people who deserve privacy." He answered very sternly.

"Fine! I'll find out myself!" I started to get up.

"Alright, alright. I don't want another dead dishwasher!! It's number 3." He told me reluctantly.

I smiled sweetly, "Thank You!!" and started up the stairs.

I reached number three, tripped the "lock" (very skimpy) and slipped in. Ths Lubyla person hadn't even bothered to unpack! The fire was built, so I sat and waited. After a little bit, she entered. Upon seeing me, Lubyla, started.

"What are you doing here?" she asked, "Who are you?"

"Am I the one you seek? Are you the one whom I seek?" I answered.

"So...you are part of the company?" She asked slowly.

"What's the plan?" I smiled.

[Duddun]

When she went up to her room, Zuzzun reported it to me and I watched her go up. I told him to listen through the door and tell me what they said. He has much better hearing than me.

[Fred Baggins]

*I soon came back, though I'm not sure that many others would have recognized me.(Look at descrip) I was about to make my way upstairs, when i ran into someone who looked rather framilar...*

[Duddun]

He told me they were talking about some quest. I loved quests so I knocked, I was gonna ask if I could join the quest...

[Silverstripe]

Shortly after I had walked into the Prancing Pony in Bree, I spotted a familiar figure...Awartha! Well, this was a pleasant surprise. I smiled and strolled over to meet her.

[Lubyla]

HOW DID YOU FIND ME???*I had her practically against the wall.* WHO ARE YOU?*I held a black arrow in my hand, Andodulin stood on the bed, laughing. Just then, there was a knock on the door.* Great, more company*I said in a ruff tone* Who are you and what is your pourpose?SPEAK!!!!

[Fred Baggins]

Siala, I was just about to give an elf who doesn't like wizards, a hard time, would you like to join me? *I laughed, for this was the real me, pretty much carefree.*

[Duddun]

Zuzzun cowered back and whispered to me ill be in the stables with my bunny. I spoke stuttering "I am Biredon, son of Bubbun, I wish to join your.. questtt...What I heard sounded of my type and I feel I could help..."
OOC: COuld we have a descrip Dolenloteiel.:p

[Lubyla]

*I opened the door quickly and pulled him in.* Like to evesdrop do you? Do you know what I DO with evesdroppers????*Andodulin cowered back at these words.An evil glare serfaced in my eyes.**

[Duddun]

"It wasn't me it was my pet. I was actually told to come here by... I am not supposed to say who, I wasn't supposed to tell you I was sent but well I didn't want to know what you would do with me ma'am."

[Lubyla]

*At hearing this, my facial expression sofened* You were sent hum? *Now going at it again* ALL WHO SERCH FOR ME ARE SENT. BE IT GOOD OR EVIL!!!!!!Now, who sent you? How do you know so much? *Andodulin flew to my shoulder and I grinned*

[Silverstripe]

I grinned at Awartha's words. "Doesn't like wizards, eh? Certainly I will join you, my friend!"

[Lubyla]

*to Andodulin* Let them come. For I have a need to speek with the one.

[Duddun]

"I was sent by a good person, but I shall not say who for danger of my life. I do not know much. I only knew what I have heard, she told me none of the quest but that I was to find a elf clad in all white."

[Fred Baggins]

Good, good!*We made our way upstairs and knocked on the door. I myself had an alternate purpose for being there, but giving her a hard time would be funner. I opened the door and steped in, looking around.* My, my, we have quite the gathering here don't we.*Giggles a little*

[Lubyla]

There are many elves clad in white. What makes you think I am the one you seek?* I sat on the bed, letting my gaurd down, for I feered them not.*

[Duddun]

"You are Lubyla, as I overheard and that was the name she muttered after she told me to find you, also you are on a quest."

[Lubyla]

*I sat on the bed still, as the two others walked in.* An unexpectd, uninvited, unWANTED party. And who are you two? Another team of do gooders, who were "sent" to find me?

[Fred Baggins]

I am Awartha, and this is a good friend of mine, Saila. I am the Wizard or Night and Day, and She is the Wizard of...

[Duddun]

"So am I forgiven and may I join this quest" I broke in. The room was small for so many people. I could tell she did not want any of us in here so I said " I will leave when I get the answer and go rest, I would like to come very badly She would not be happy if I failed this early"

[Lubyla]

*I was pretty upset.* FINE! YOU May join. It is too crowded in here and I wish some peace!

[Duddun]

"Thank you I will leave you to deal with the rest of these people. I shall be in my room, #6 that is, knock in the morning if you want anything or we are preparing or something. Good Night.*while leaving the room I started to yell* Zuzzun where are you come to the room."

[Lubyla]

*begining to stress* Right, now, what do the rest of you want?

[Duddun]

I got in the room and fell on the bed and went to sleep.

[Silverstripe]

I smiled, thinking of what would, assuredly, annoy the elf most -- and be best for her, too. "Why, Awartha and I wish to accompany you, too!"

[Lubyla]

Why do you people want to come??? It will put your very lives at stake!!!

[Fred Baggins]

*That was it! I just had to laugh.* And what is death, to someone how can usually counter it? Lubyla Greenleaf, i'm afraid with me you don't have much of a choice. I will be comeing along.

[Lubyla]

What, is there a sign on the back of the door saying," Come in and disturb a very anrgy elf for the thrill of an adventure????"

[Fred Baggins]

*Laughs a little* No but I can put one there if you want! *Now I hate an upset elf, so I used a little spell, to lossen her up a bit, and not be quite so tense. After all she needs it!

[Lubyla]

You think its funny do you? Life is no joke. It mst be nice to be carefree.

[Silverstripe]

I shook my head. "No, not carefree," I told the elf. "But if we never laughed about anything, our lives would indeed be hard. It is bad enough bearing a burden, without adding another by losing the ability to smile!"

[Fred Baggins]

*I sighed* WHY Must i explain this to every one! i'm not carefree! A wizard is never carefree! If it where up to me i'd leave your behind right now and get the heack away from you, but I can't!*But perhaps I would leave a little. I was shocked that ths spell didn't work. Gezzz she needs a since of humor!*

[Lubyla]

*I just looked at her.* If you dont mind, I need some peace!

[Silverstripe]

Saila sighed. "Lubyla, if you MUST know, I was sent here by a friend of yours! For her sake I will help you, though you have no wish to be helped, nor do I have any desire to accompany you." Her eyes twinkled as she made a graceful bow and left the room.

[Fred Baggins]

Fine then Lubyla Greenleaf. If you do not wish my help, then you will not have it.*I turned around and left.*

[Duddun]

Zuzzun hurried back to his room knowing it was late but almost getting trampled by Awartha as he stormed out. Zuzzun knock on room 6 when he got there. I woke up to the knock and came to the door nearly sleepwalking. He came in and flopped down on his minature bed. I decided to stay up and get a drink to wake me up. I went downstairs and got a drink then hurried back up to my room. I got in and started back up on the sword I was crafting. I had the only room that had a furnace and anvil for smithing in it. I worked hard, I finished the blade and started making the handle. it was much better than my old one. This one eventually would be magical. I continued smithing through the night.

[Lubyla]

Andodulin, the bird, who was not that good at mind mesaging, attempted it to Awartha:< Come...tommorow and shee if see in better mood. We...I..know of you, and know you.>

[Fred Baggins]

<Yes, I know you know of me. Trust a foolish young wizard like me to attempt such a thing at night. I will be back in the morning.>I walked to my room, and pulled a dagger out of my cloak. I usually only work on it during the day, but I needed something to vent all my anger into.

[Lubyla]

*I was relieved that all had left, and fell back onto the bed.* Who are they and why do they pester us so? Andodulin, where are you?

[Dolenloteiel]

IC In the confusion and the piling of all the adventure seekers, I slipped out. I went down to the first floor where first saw the elf in white. It was deserted, except for a little black bunny rabbit hopping around. I shook my head. "Things are getting so weird, I don't know if I even care if it's real or not!" Evidently, the elf in white, Lubyla I think she's called, had no idea that we were sent to aid her in her journey or whatever it was. In fact she seemed angry we all were there! Barliman then came in.

"Why are you still here?" he asked.

"Could I get a room, please?" I asked him nicely. He grumbled a bit before producing a key.

"Number 8! Everything's made up!" He told me. I smiled and thanked him, then I headed out to the stables to make sure Asforoth was all right. He was and I made my way to Number 8
I passed Number 3, and I was surprised to see lights still on and noise was very prevalant and loud. Number 8 was at the end of the hall, and I saw that the room was prepared and made up. i wrote the following letter, and slid it under the Number 3 door.

Lubyla of the Greenleaf,
I'm sorry that I disturbed you earlier, but you might find that it was neccesary. I recieved a letter a month back telling me that you needed aid on a certain mission, quest, thing, whatever it is. Obviously after your astonishing performance a few minutes ago, you were unaware of these letters, and didn't need or want any aid. I'm sorry to announce that I am directed to accompany you on this journey, whether you like it or not. I would, again, like to apologize for that earlier incident.

ooc: just relized I didn't have a room...

ic: I went downstairs, and pulled out another dagger. I usually leave working on my daggers to the day time, but I needed something to put my anger into. I worked on it all night, relizing, once again, that I had spent yet another few hours wasted on yet another dagger. The moon was setting, and in a few hours it would be morning. I got up and pocketed the dagger, picked up my staff and left the Inn, heading out to the nearby woods.

After all that had just happened, I needed to rest. I pulled out my flute and began to play.

ooc: Okay I have no Idea how I will enter the story but I guess this will do...:D

ic: I ran as fast as I could out of the forest and to the gate of Bree. I stopped at the entrance and looked back.
No sighns of squirrels yet. I though to my self as I stated to the guerred my rights of entry. I had come to Bree to seek adventure and be on my way to any land Illuvatar would allow me. As long as it was not infested with certain gray, red , or black roddents. *I shivvered*
I remembered back when I was in my homeland of Lothlorien and my father came back from his work. He said he had a surprise for me. I love surprises. (My character is strange)
My dad brought out a furry gray ball and it flickered a long bushy tail. It took one look at me then...
It jumped on my face and scratched me up. i screamed them swipped at it. Bad idea. The squirrel turned around then jumped into my shirt and crawled around my back and scratdhed and bit my and whole way.
I shudered. I hate those things. I checked into the hotel called the Prancing Pony and went to my room. It was room 7#.
But as I descended into my room...

[Dolenloteiel]

...He ran into me! I had just delivered the letter to Number 3, and I was sneaking rather stealthily to my room, when I ran into this elf! I noted his clothing, and I was rather curious to who he was! "Did you just get in?" I asked. He looked at me cautiously. "Never mind then, you are the cautious type aren't you? Well, sorry for running into you like that!" I then turned and went into my room! Since I probably wouldn't see this elf ever again, I didn't see the need to introduce myself! But, many elves were meeting in Bree, but what were the chances of literally running into one that was on the quest, mission, thing? My my! I guess I'm having a bad day! Having to apologize twice in one hour! :D

IC: I stepped out of my room to see what all of this was that was going on and saw (sicirus what's your characters name again?) going back into his room. He looked kind of familiar so I said "Hello, what are you doing so late?"

ooc:My descriptio was two posts up. My name is Celebcu(KelebKu)

ic: An elf greeted me awkwardly as a descended into my room. "Hello" The elf looked at me strangly then returned my greeting. The elf asked if I had just checked into the hotel. I just stared at her. She was pretty. I thought to myself. She looked at me then declared me as cautious. Oh well.
Next I ran into another elf who seemed to be of the same home as I came. He greeted me then asked me what I waas doing up so late.
"Oh just checking in."
i invited the lone elf inside my room for I felt alittle desperat for elven company after my long journey.

I accepted his invitation, and followed him in...

[Lubyla]

*I was on my way down to the resturant, when passing by two elves, one I recognised from my before, visitors. I hoped not to be seen.*

[Dolenloteiel]

That evening I slept soundly. I woke a few hours before dawn, and I went out to the stables to watch the sunrise. It was beautiful and breath taking. The horizon was awash with brilliant pinks, reds, purples, and blues. I love watching the sunrise because it's beauty keeps everything in perspective. Dawn came, and I headed back into The Prancing Pony. Barliman wasn't yet awake, if he was, he wasn't in the pub part of the Inn. I sat down and took out my knife. It was the same as my bow, and it's blade was long and keen. I fiddled with it for awhile, hoping the others who part of this mission, quest, thing would come down. None did, so I ws forced to wait until they entered. Then, the door opened and I saw...

That morning, I stayed in my room, hoping none of them were serious, and would come back. I was tired of them all, and every one for that matter.

[Duddun]

I talked with Celebcu for a little bit. Not giving away anything important then left to find Lubyla to talk about the quest.

[Lubyla]

I sat on my bed contemplating weather or not I should go out without those who agreed to come with me, when there was a knock at my door...

Weapon: bow and arrow. Bow is that of great history among the mirkwood elves. It is green with silver markings. Silver arrows. one long hand-to-hand combat type knife.

Niphredil sat in the corner of the common room in Bree waiting for someone to awaken. She heard from a friend of a friend that she needed help, well it is Lubyla of course (sorry Lub, I need to have trust man! :D) When Niphredil heard this she had mounted Ninui and travelled a day and night straight to get here before anyone left.

Ni sat drifting off in the corner, when a loud crash had awakened her.

[Duddun]

She did not welcome me immediately in so being the type of person I am I asked "May I come in? It is Biredon."

[Dolenloteiel]

...The door opened with a crash! I jumped up, and so did this other person! No one came through the door, so I turned and looked at her. She was of the race of man, but she seemed to have an elven quality about her. I made my way towards her, and said, "Almare Melloni! I'm Astarien, who are you?" She didn't answer. I waited...

[Fred Baggins]

*After the sun rise, I quietly made my way back into the inn, with no memory of what had happened the night before. But i did make my way up to Lubyla's room, hopeing she would remember an old elf friend. No, I don't remember what happenes to me as a wizard when I'm an elf, or what happens to me as an elf when I'm a wizard. So I made my way to Lubyla's room, hopeing she would recognize and old friend.*

ooc: Please recognize an old friend?

[Lubyla]

Hearing the knock, I opened the door.

Enter quickly if you must enter at all.

Andodulin sat on the headboard of the bed.

[Duddun]

I came in and sat down in a chair in the corner.

[Sicirus]

The elf accepted my inventation and introduced himself as Birendon. I told him my name and we spoke of the land.
"Mysterious things have been happening ever since I got here. I have seen unusual amounts of traveling elves around." I told Birendon.
he nodded agreeingly. I asked if he knew of the reason but he just stated that he was to meet a friend for breakfast and he had to go. As soon as he left the room I decided I was getting hungry as well so I put on my cloak and went down for some food. I noticed as I ate my bread and tea that another elf was sitting in the room fingering a sharpdagger. I decided I wanteds to get better answers for this mysterious elf pupulation and approached the elf and sat down.

The elf I ran into earlier approached me. "Greetings mellon!" he said, cheerfully, and he sat down.

"Almare Melloni,(greetings friend)" I returned. He seemed to be in a good mood, which I found surprising, since no one seemed to be in a good mood after last night. Since he seemed cheerful, I remarked, "Vanya arin...(fair morning)" He seemed curious about something, so I waited in silence.

I am surprised you even showed up.

[Duddun]

Why? I am not some dumb person who forgets everything!

It's just...well...most people chose not to show up in the first place.

Oh...Well then. Since I am going on this...errr... Quest you call it? May i know what it is about?

Whaen we are on the road you may, for this is not the place to talk, ithe walls have ears, and the lamps have eyes.

Awartha stepped in. "What, do you fear an old friend Lubyla! Tis good to see you again, for not since the F Quest-" Lubyla shoot a look at her, and she shut up about the F Quest. "Anyway, you'll need someone of intelligence on this quest of your's. True that's not me, but I'll gladly help!

ic:The elf greeted me in a cheery pleasent manner. I asked the elf if she knew WHY there were som many other elves coming to this one location. I fingered one of my arrows as I waited for her answer.(I carry an arrow with me everywere . For the squirrels) She seemed to be deciding whether or not to say what she knew.

Ok, I shall be in my room, if you have any further news or we are preparing to leave just knock.

When it is time I shall send Andodulin, follow him and you shall find me.

Ok, thankyou, and have a good day I then walked out the door and went down to get some breakfast before going to my room.

Hearing Lubyla's voice, Ni got up and crept up the stair, intending to sneak up on her friend. Ni knew Lubyla hated pranksters, but for some unknown reason Lubyla put up with her. It was a mystery.

I sat in my room, almost waiting for something, though I wanted to go downstairs, something held me back...

[Aeryn]

Ni, opened the door with a bang, scarin Lubyla, she looked quite angry, "Oh, I am sorry old friend, the door, just opened so quickly..." She grinned evilly.

[Lubyla]

*puts hand on hip* Uh huh.

[Aeryn]

Legolas told me you were on an expedition" She giggled at the look of fury on Lubyla's face when she mentioned her brother, "No not really, the west wind told me." She suddenly became serious, as if the west wind could tell anyone anything. Lubyla seemed to understand. "So, tell me, who are we rescueing this time?"

[Lubyla]

No one that I know of yet. When did you arive?

[Aeryn]

"Midnight, it was a long ride you know. I came as fast as I could. I hope there is danger! ANyway, I must ask you, for I know how your are, May I join the throng we may or may not have on this adventure?" She asked teasingly. She knew her friend would assent, but she also knew it was rude to just assume you were welcome.

[Fred Baggins]

*Awartha, forgotten as always, watched outside the room. She wore a neaklace, with half a stone on it. It looked like a sun, and a strange noise came from it. Awartha clutched at her ears, not wanting to hear this noise, not now! How she dreaded this ugly sound, it's shreaking, like a creature. It's call ment only one thing. She was in utmost trouble. A creature nearby was trying to kill her...*

I suppose you may, though I know not where we go, or why.

[Aeryn]

"Ohhh, a mystery!" Ni wasn't actually this ditzy, but she did this to annoy her friend all the time. "Then, who do we have joining us on this trip?"

[Lubyla]

Biredon the elf, a wizard I believe, and her friend.

[Aeryn]

Ni laughs raucously, "A wizard? You...and a wizard?" she playfully hit her friend on the shoulder, "Why do you lie to me?"

No answer came, Ni knew she should quit teasing, she cleared her throat and continued talking, "It has been a long time since you have come to visit me in my father's house-" Her adopted father mind, "why haven't you come?"

[Lubyla]

I have been long in hiding, and could not, for at the time, the shadow knew I would come there.

[Aeryn]

"Yes I suppose it would," Ni yawned hugely, "You must forgive me, but I have become accustomed to sleeping, and must find a place to do so, no rooms are there here, so I shall find another inn." She walked out of the room, her heart light.

[Lubyla]

*I laughed a bit and said goodbye, as Awartha steped in*

[Fred Baggins]

Lubyla, I would have liked to-to help. But Something is terribly wrong...*The stone made the same screatching sound, and Awartha fell to her knees, clutching at her ears. Every time the stone would make the noise, it seemed to take energy out of Awartha!*

[Lubyla]

What is wrong?*Andodulin flew over to her*

[Fred Baggins]

I-I can't breath! Where's Resta? He must be long gone by now. He's the only one that knows what to do! I-I'm going to die!

[Lubyla]

Resta? No, he is not gone, he is wandering in the streets. I shall have Andodulin fetch him for you.

OCC Soory I've been gone.

The elf asked me what I knew about the adventure...thingy. I debated. Should I? After all, maybe this elf also recieved a letter...but then...maybe this elf is a spy of some kind...or, I didn't really know what to say. "Well, I recieved a letter saying I was needed to go on a sort of adventure. I came here, and that is all that I know." I hurriedly excused myself, and ran upstairs to Number 3. It's time I knew if I were welcome or not.

[Duddun]

I finished my breakfast and headed up to my room for the night, but bumped into Astarien just outside room #3.

OCC Duddun, isn't it morning?

IC I ran into Biredon just outside of room 3. "Where are you off to?" I asked cheerfully

OOC: Oops, I was thinking of Rpg. Well then I won't be headed back to my room but I will still bump into you.
IC:I am going outside for a ride on my horse after I get something out of my room Trying not to say something suspiciously.

IC "I see." I waited there, hoping he would leave, so I could talk to Lubyla, but he just stood there. I hoped he wouldn't ask me what I was doing, and I kept on smiling...(ouch)

[Duddun]

You do not think I do not know where you are going and why do you? Please come find me if there is any new knews.

I stopped smiling immediately. "come and find you, hmm?" I said, "Since when do I cater to your whims? Why do you presume that you know what I'm doing? For all you know, I could be getting this - person's laundry!" I fumed.

[Dolenloteiel]

I rubbed at my eyes. "I'm sorry, things aren't going the way they should be. Yes, I'll come and find you." I turned away, and proceeded down the hall towards my room, trying to calm myself down.

[Duddun]

It is not hard, if you do not remember I was in there also last night when she was overwhelmed by people. Fine I shall not get my horse ready I will wait in my room for Andodulin. I said calmly till I was done talking about how i knew what she was doing.

[Fred Baggins]

Lubyla soon came in, leading an elf dressed in all black. She hurredly led the elf up to her room, where Awartha still lay, her face becomming pale, she could not breath, nor do much of anything. The elf threw back his hood, revealing two scars, and a gold circlet on his forehead. He picked up Awartha's head, staring at her, for a full two minuets, he just stared at her, searching into the darkest part of her mind. "It is 'Danger' again Awartha. He is not far off, but very close. You must run again."He lay her back down, and a tear trickled down his cheek. How he hated to see her like this, strugling, then, with HIM on her tracks. Upon hearing these words, it was as if that was all she ever needed. The color had returned to her face, she began to breath normal again. Awartha got up, and began to shape another gold circlet. He made it very quickly, though very carefully, then placed a stone in it, that looked like an eye. Once it cooloed he handed it to Awartha, who was by now, up and about again. "Here, if you every are in trouble like that again, find someone you trust to use this. It works, almost like mine, though it will only reveal the trouble. Awartha...be careful. I can't be with you all the time. As it is, I shouldn't be here. I love you Awartha. Don't let anything happen to you, or the gems." Lubyla watched, thinking it strange that Resta had finnaly stoped flirting with her, and had found his Love. He turned toward her. "Please Lubyla, take care of her when I'm gone. She's young yet, though she may be mature beyond her years. Take care of her, for me?" Lubyla could but nod.

[Duddun]

Seeing Resta walk in with Lubyla surprised me so I walked in to hear the very ending of the conversation so I asked what happened.

[Dolenloteiel]

I sat there for awhile, and I told myself to calm down. Stress was becoming an imortant factor for me. Of course Biredon was there, but I didn't see him. I wasn't as young as I used to be. I finally was ready to face Lubyla.

[Fred Baggins]

Resta picked up his things once again. "Now, I really must be going. Would you like me to help you to your own room Awartha?"
"Yes please."
She leaned on him, and he helped her out.

[Dolenloteiel]

Then the two known as Resta and Awartha left Lubyla's room. I knocked on the door, and waited.

[Sicirus]

ooc: I have no idea how to get my character into the story.

ic: The elf left the table only with the answer of receiving a letter and meeting in the hotel. She quickly left the lounge. I guess all the elves here just received a letter to meet here. I guess its not my concern since I was not sent a letter for the same reason as these travelers. Oh well.
I finished my tea and made my way up to my room. I could here concernd voices talking in one room with two elves standing outside it. Then two people walked out and headed down the hallway.
"This is strange!"
I decided it was still non of my bisness(sp) and walked to my room door.

[Fred Baggins]

ic:"Resta, when will I see you again."
"I do not know, but I must leave now. Here is your room."
"Don't leave me again Resta?"
"I must, I'm sorry Awartha, but you know what I must do."
"I love you"
"I love you too. Goodbye."
Awartha began to cry, and sat down in a chair."Goodbye."

I saw the elf and his puzzled face, so I invited him into my room to talk. I told him that I had to do a few things first and that he should come to Room#4 in 20 minutes.

I called out from inside the room. "Who is it now? It best be important."

[Duddun]

"It is Duddun and Astarien"

[Lubyla]

The door is unlocked. You may enter. What do you need?

[Duddun]

"We heard strange noises and I was curious what happened. I do not know what Astarien wants."

[Lubyla]

O, the strange noises are of nothing, for it is over, and should not happen again.

[Sicirus]

ooc: Business.

ic: The elf named Duddun told me to meet him in his room in 20 minutes. I nodded. Maybe he will tell me whats going on. I sat next to the door and heard crying in another room.
I sighed.
Poor soul.

I should be in my room when you are prepared to go or are willing to tell what the quest is about. I then walked to my room and met sicirus(whats your charactor?) waiting at the door, he came in...

ic; The elf returned and we entered his room. The room was set back in order again. We sat down on a chaire in front of the blazing fire. I looked out side and found some scurring squirrels getting ready for a long winter. I turned from the window and shuttered.

After finding another in the Sleazy Weasel, Ni slept for a short time, and when she woke up...she went back to the Prancing Pony...

I left the room, and went to mine, making preparations for our departure.

*Awartha sat in her own room, mourning the depature of her only beloved.* O, resta, I see you so little, and the few times I see you, it seems as though you must leave immediatly. *a tear trickled down her cheek, and she jumped, as she heard a knock on her door.*

ic: I waited as the elf put his bow down and faced me with a sighn of excitment in his eyes. We are here beause of a letter. I don't know but I don't think you recieved one. The letter is for us to meet another elf here for a sort of meeting. Now I can't tell you what to do but since the letter was never sent to you I don't know your fate with this journey and my other companions.

Please Andodulin, go fly and round the ones who are comming, tell them to meet in the room behind the last table of the Prancing Pony.

I gathered my pack and my weapons, and left the room. I tread quietly down the stairs and out the door to the stables, and readied Asforoth for departure, taking care not to wake the other horses. I returned to the inn, and went back to my room to rest before the morning.

[Lubyla]

Andodulin flew around, telling the people comming on the trip to meet in the room.

[Fred Baggins]

*Gathers up her bags.* Thanx Andodulin. I'll be there in a few. *She walks down to the front desk* Excuse me, may I have my puppy please? Black, name Galu. *The person gave her her puppy, and she headed to the room*

[Lubyla]

*nods head and flys off*

*I made my way down the stairs, to the room, being the first one there.*

[Fred Baggins]

*I was right behind Lubyla, with Galu yipping the whole way.* What is your problem, Galu, you sound like a dryad! *That shut him up.*

Andodulin came in and told me to meet down stairs. So I packed up all I had brought, went and readied Joachim, then went down stairs. And found Lubyla sitting there.

Duddun:

I went back to The Prancing Pony for breakfast and found Biredon sitting there with the girl I had bumped into, I walked over and said: "Hullo! What are you guys doing?" Just out of curiousity, I figured they would not tell me but I had to try.

[Fred Baggins]

A dark bird came ot me and told me where to meet. i made haste and ran to the room. Lubyla was there along with some othe elves. i sat down unnoticed.

ooc: Ah the person who was going to tell me of the journey has not answerd his or her part yet. Don't leave without me.:eek:

ic: The elf seemed to be done with his part in explenation. Not very big help exept the quest and letter thing. Well ok so that was a big help. so what was this journey about?
In a way I wanted more asdventure in my journey but my father also treated me like the delicate child and only let me on this journey if I promised not to get into trouble and stay on the main road and around other elves if it was possible. Dang over protetive parents. I left the room and trotted off down heartedly for my room at the end of the hallway.

[Duddun]

OOC: I was summoned to go downstairs. Just go down stairs and find the big group. and then you can get in the quest. And that's all my charactor knows. Sorry bout' that, but you made my charactor say all he knew.

ic: i decided I would follow my infirmer elf to the baement of the hotel to see the person they are meeting. I trailed the elf down the stairs then entered the lobby(sp) I found a group of elves and some wizards it seemed in the same meeting spot. A waitress asked for drink orders so I looked around to see if anyone objected to my presence then asked for some hot tea. The waitres waited longer for more unexpected orders then trailed of into the bar and poured hot wtare for the orders of tea.
The head elf stood up and looked at me with curiosity.
"Who are you? Don't tell me you got a letter to. Who is sending these letters?"
"I am sorry I never received a letter but... I heard about the quest and have always wanted to join one since I have always been locked up my whole life and this is the first time I have ever been on my own adventure." I looked at the elf with a pleading look for an answer. Any answer.
"If it is to much I will go away and not bother you any further." At that I turned around and started for a table near the window.

Fine, you may come. Its not like the whole of middle earth isn't! *i sat down and sipped my tea*

One that I am suppose to do myself, but it seems everyone and their pets are comming too.

ic: I walked back into the inn and found Lubyla again. I knew she would loathe my presence there, and I had agreed to my friend's request that I accompany Lubyla only reluctantly. I found Lubyla with several other people, glaring at them all. When the elf caught sight of me, her eyes narrowed.

"Merely fulfilling a promise to an old friend. You have gathered many companions today, have you not?"

[Lubyla]

Aye, indeed I have.*I looked around the room*

I sighed, wondering how to put what I was going to say next.

"Then I, too, must ask to accompany you."

[Sicirus]

ic: The head elf who called herself Lubyla agreed for me to come along on the journey. I restrained myself from jumping in the air in happiness. I simplied smiled and sat down and drank my tea. A wizard walked in front of the group which immediatly tensed. "Huh?"
"She does not like wizards that much." answered an elf next to me to my questioning look. I noticed one of the elves had a black lab with them which reminded me of my black steed in the stables.

[Fred Baggins]

Lubyla, if you desire a smaller group, then I will not come. It is not my buisness to pry into others buisness. (ooc: Don't forget that wizard Awartha and elf Awartha are two compleatly different people)

I sighed, now half asleep"Fine, come and sit down."

I nodded and sat down, a bit relieved, for I was in no mood for explanations, and it looked like Lubyla wasn't, either.

Duddun: All these people seemed to be wanting to join this quest so I decided I would see if I could but just then Biredon pried me away.
Biredon: "Do not bother coming, she is very tempermental" I whispered.
Duddun: "I guess...So I must be on my way to the Shire again now, then.
Biredon: I went and sat down again and joined in the conversation.

I sat there while everyonew else trailed in. The wizard came in and immeditely, Lubyla tensed. I jumped, (though no one noticed) for these things surprise me. (oddly enough) I waited, hoping that Lubyla would expalin what was going on, where we were going, why, and when we were starting off.

We shall leave tommorow morning, twards Hobbiton. I have some bussiness there, for as I have herd, they have fallen under a dark shadow, and we must help them, if we can.*I bowed my head* I have saved them once before, and hope to again.

[Duddun]

Biredon:
I looked astonished. 'So Duddun travels on the same quest unknowingly' I muttered to myself."I have a friend off on the same quest, he is alone though. May he join us?"

[Fred Baggins]

*There was a knock on the door, and lubyla looked up. There stood Freddy, so that all could see him, but he talked only to one.* "Lubyla, if you don't mind, I would like to go with you...just to Hobbiton. More is wrong than what you think..."

[Lubyla]

I suppose. I suggest you rest and pack, for the trip may be easy, but when we get there, it shall be hard to deal with. Freddy! Come in, for you are to join us.

[Sicirus]

ic: the quest was decided to start of towards Hobbiton home of the legendary hobbit folk. "I always wanted to meet hobbits." Well save that I have already have met Bilbo." What troubles the hobbits?"
"I mean to ask for preporation for the danger so it is not a surprise."

[Lubyla]

I not of the full danger, but I know it is there, I see it in the stars.

[Duddun]

"I shall tell my friend to wait the night and then I will go rest as you suggested. are we leaving tomorrow morning or tonight?"

[Lubyla]

Morning, for I feel those who are going, most would wish this. One more thing. If you need leave for some reason, you are givin it, but you must tell I, or a friend of mine who is not here*Andodulin cawed* so you may see him, that you are leaving, for i wish to know where you are.

I stood, and bowed. "Forgive me, but I must leave this meeting immediately. I have an errand to attend to in Imladris. I will back before the morning comes." I then swept out, and mounted Asforoth. "Noronoro Asforoth! Heca!" I left the Prancing Pony and made ofr Imladris, the refuge of the Elves.(ethanethan My nephews contribution to this RPG ;))

I will will also prepare my pack for the journey. My horse did not attend me on my journey so I ask of the elf t5hat was about to leave to see if she could find a pure black horse named Shalom and bring him back for me.

Before I left, another elf came to me and asked if I could find a horse. I nodded and told the elf I would try, and rode off. Just outside of Imladris, a black horse came into view. "Shalom?" I called, the horse lifted it's head. "Noronoro ana Bree!" The horse galloped back the way I came, and I entered Imladris. I rode straight to Elrond. "I have gone to Bree Father. I showed him the letter, and he nodded thoughtfully. "I am sorry I could not get word to you, but I was waylaid at GOndor. My errand there is complete."
"You gave me worry, but I simply consulted Vilya, and I knew you were alright." He paused."I know this script, but I know not the purpose. Where are you going and why?" He asked.
"We make for Hobbiton when the sun rises. It is said the Halfings, Perian, are in need of help; the Elf, Lubyla Greenleaf heads the company." I replied. Elrond nodded again. He bade me luck, and I rode quickly all night towards Bree.

[Lubyla]

*I looked around the room again* Be here at the rise of the sun. I shall be waiting.*With that I stood up and left the room, walking back to my room, with Andodulin on my shoulder.*

[Sicirus]

ic: In the distance a black horse galloped down the trail towards the door of the Prnacing Pony. I smiled. I wanted to let him in but knew he would not beable to fit nor be alowed in the hotel. I ran towards him in exitment. I hugged the black horse who wrapped his neck around my back. (ok you know what I mean.) I put Shalom in the barn and blanketted him in his silver wool blanket and head dress. I told him of the journey and he whinnedin respond as a ok and I understand. I kissed him on the forhead affectionatly and turned to prepare a bag of hey and oats and other horse food for him on the journey.
When (Dolenloteiel I forgot your name) elf gets back I need to thank her.

I arrived at the Prancing Pony near midnight that night. I entered the stable, and housed Asforoth. I fed her and thenI saw the black horse. "Mae govannen, Shalom" I smiled, then I went to the Prancing Pony

ic: I slept the night and in the morning I got up and went downstairs to meet Duddun and company. Duddun was there and we greeted eachother and had breakfast.

Ic:*I made my way downstairs that morning, before sunup. Walking through, I met up with Starletta.* Have you horses prepared?

Yours and my two are, though I cought no requests, nor mentioning of any other horses here, so I let those to be.

Alright. Come, let us eat, and prepare more food.

I awoke from a pleasant sleep, and made my way downstairs. I only saw two elves. Aranince, and another. I went to the counter for some tea, and sat down with it. "Alasse aure." I greeted the two elves.

I awoke to the sound of the busy streets below me full of humans preparing for their day. I muttered under my breath I hope that promise of an adventure was not a dream. I walked downstaires and sat down at the table with the rest of my companions. I thanked Astarien for the deliverince of Shalom and begane to eat my soup and bread quickly. I bade a hellow to the others who had been eating and preparing food arragments and decided to help. I have plenty of Lembas and Miruvor.

[Dolenloteiel]

The elf who owned Shalom came and thanked me. i smiled and told her I was glad he was back safely, and I kept sipping my warm tea.

[Fred Baggins]

*Awartha walked into the stables, looking a little tired.* Galu, go to Freida Horse, tell her I am coming.

*The puppy yipped and jumping out of her arms ran into the back of the stable.*

ooc: This story is too good to give up on now.

ic: We gathered the food and cloths that were needed as well as our blankets and fire materials as well as plenty of weapons. Lubyla headed off towards the path we would take. Our path was headed towards the Shire but the way we would get there wsa byt he normal trail.
We were cautsionedfor the hobbits have began to lose their trust to others and were very suspecious of new commers. We all rode our horses who were glad to be back on the raod again.
i saw that the trees were full of the usuall residence like birds, coons, Squirrels. I tried not to look at the death threatening roddents instead lisend to the story that astarientold us.

Freddy ran up to us, at about noon. He yelled at Lubyla, though I could not understand it. It must have been a little-known elvish tounge for no one else clearly understood it...wonder how Freddy knew it?

(He said) "Lubyla, she is dying, PLEASE, you must hurry!"

[Lubyla]

*in the little known tounge*"Fran? She is? Well, then we must make haste to get there. How are the other contitions in Hobbiton? What has been going on?

*starletta following after looked confusedly around.*

*In the little known-O what the heack, he's talking to lubyla.*
"My race, it is obvious is falling apart. There is much fighting among my people. The race of the halflings, will soon be no more, as the stars have said, around the universe. We hang on a string. If you refer to anything else, then we are fine, doing wonderfully. Pappy's tree's are finally looking like they have been in the Shire for more than a few centurys, and the new Party Tree, served for a wonderful party the other night, but of which there may be few anniversarys, if you can't help her."

[Lubyla]

"It is just as I feared. The rings help them no more, and I fear that the knowledge of me and what I did has passed out of all memories. This will be harder than i thought."

[Dolenloteiel]

I rode along, weary from my ride last night. I followed Lubyla dutifully, for I did not much care. This was the one time, I wasn't excited for an adventure.

[Sicirus]

ooc: Rings? What rings?

ic: Fran tailed us and told Lubyla of trouble in the Shire.
"We must make hast." She cried as the horses reared back in exitment. They satred to run with the fermilliar speed of a pure elven horse being chased by an orc or a warg. Hobbiton is not a long journey for our horses as long as we don't rest we should get there by fourth night.
But as all creatures horses needed rest so we had to stop in a camp spot near the Old forest.
Black squirrels scuttered by gathering acorns which I tried not to think of as mass weapons of destruction ready to be thrown. We sat by the fire unable to sleep. Our thoughts went to the Periannath and their troubles.

[Fred Baggins]

ooc: *sighs* that was Freddy not Fran.

OCC Was that question directed to me, Sicirus?

ooc: I directed the question towards Lubyla who mentioned something about the rings not helping the Periannath anymore.

[Lubyla]

ooc: The rings Lubyla made when the forging of the other great rings took place. They were made for the hobbits who, at the time were falling under a shadow. There are 4 rings.

[Duddun]

I fell asleep on my horse and my horse strayed away.

[Lubyla]

I looked around at the company, and frowned. The hobbits will turn against us if we arrive with this many. Perhaps we should split up.

[Duddun]

My horse neighed and strayed more off at a gallop. I did not wake up, I was dreaming of ways I could die with renown. I knew the hour of my death for it was a special power I held.

[Dolenloteiel]

I turned at the sound of the whinny, and Biredon was sleeping on his horse. The horse strayed, galloping away from the company. I turned Asforoth around, and urged him into a gallop. Clucking him into speed. We reached Biredon a little while later. I shook him. "Biredon!! Wake up! Quickly!" I looked back. The company was getting smaller. Biredon slowly opened his eyes. "Hang on!" I I guided his hands to the horn, and grabbed the reins, galloping off towards the company.

[Lubyla]

As they approached back to camp, i saw a sleepwroght Biredon, twas a sight. I opened up my compact. "Freddy, come please, I need your opinion."

[Duddun]

I woke up and thanked Astarien. Then I talked with the others.

[Dolenloteiel]

Biredon awoke, finally, and thanked me. I nodded, and began to restring my bow, and making sure it didn't have any kinks so far. It didn't, and shot at target in the ground for awhile, before, retiring to bed early.

[Fred Baggins]

*Freddy followed Lubyla*

I let the puppy out of the pack, where he had been cooped up the whole time we where riding, and he began to run around, and get everything out of his system. I sat and watched him, alone in a corner by myself, when the sun began to set. "Up Galu. Heel" I commanded, and walked into the woods.

[Fred Baggins]

When I reached the camp, I looked around to see if everyone was there. Lubyla I missed, but knew she would be back. I sat down where the elf Awartha had left her things, and survayed the group. It had many members, though I noticed, some seemed very tired. Galu yipped around, up and down the way, greating the companions. I did not stop him.

[Lubyla]

"Freddy, should we split the group into two, so that we do not cause too much distractions?"

[Duddun]

I retired to bed in a corner a few feet away from everyone. I closed my eyes without going to sleep and the posers I once had rejoined my body. I knew it was permanent this time. I took out my black robe and put it on. I stood up and went for a walk, not tired anymore.

[Fred Baggins]

*His head hung.* "I was afraid you would ask that. And I am afraid that even two groups would not be enough. Not all of your companions can enter. Remember King Ellesar's rule about leaving the Shire alone. We must be careful. You and a couple companions at the most. The rest may come in after a day, in groups of three. Anymore, and our fastest hobbits will be sent to the King, on tresspassing charges."

[Duddun]

I heard Freddy's news and said that I would come when they needed me, but did not have to go in first to the shire.
