Does anyone else dislike the film, but love the music?

I think Howard Shore did a fantastic job on the soundtrack, the music is so magical and deep. It ranges from quietly happy, to sinister, to violent, to really sad. Enya's tracks excepted I think it was really well done. If you listen to the CD on headphones turned up quite loud whilst travelling through the countryside at night with a full moon (like I did last night) you could really believe that you were in Middle Earth.

Well done I say!

Well I certainly don't dislike the movie, but I do love the music! It's awesome! That was all I listened to like every day for four months. My friends and I figured out the notes to the main theme thing, and I can play it on piano, clarinet, tenor sax, alto sax, recorder... lol. I love it and I am really looking forward to the TTT soundtrack!!!
