They're available online from my theatre (famous players), so you can probably order them ahead of time from your theatre, too. O! The wonders of modern technology.

I'm getting them next week!!!!!!!!!! YAY! I tried to get Leicester square prem tickets but couldn't- they sold out so quickly. I'm going up there anyway- just to get the atmosphere. Will anyone else be there? (Dec 11)? Miranda x

I would, but the theater 'round here won't let me get tickets until a week ahead! I'm about ready to go online, order tickets for TTT at a theater somewhere, then order plane tickets for that city. ;)

I was going to get tickets for the midnight showing, but I have finals that night and the night after. I am not happy.

Screw your finals... it's not like you're writing them at midnight. I'm sure you'll still perform well despite watching the film. Me, I'd never let an exam that doesn't even cause a time conflict get in the way of a once-in-a-lifetime event like this, and I still perform fairly well...

yea well thats you. I have a performance on the 17 and 18, and my mom says I can't perform, go see TTT, and then perform again! and if I skip a performance I will fail the class! uhh, naughty classes, curse them precious... yes precious, make them dissapear....

I am wating for Harry Potter to come out, because that is when they will probaly start selling tickets to TTT. I got a free TTT movie ticket with my DVD, but of course it only works at serten theaters, and is limited to seeting. I probaly can't use it at some of the first showings.:D

I probably won't even bother trying to buy them until a week before. I am disturbed because I read that the TT won't come out until the 26th here. No fair.

Millane: I know where you live! Don't worry, I'm not a stalker. :D

I am perfectly happy being the absolute last person to see TTT. :) I probably wont see it until after christmas when I get Christmas money from my dad :) He said $300 this year :D

Not to mention my sister has Cheerleading competitions right around then and a whole bunch of other things :)

The free tickets came from the exstended DVD. I just rememberd after going hear, that I still have to call and pre- order my ticket, if I can yet. I just hope that I can pre- order the tickets for after school hourse, because no one will take me at 12:00:( I have asked already, alot of times, I first asked a couple of months ago, and my mom said "we'll see when it gets closer to December. I asked her a week or two later, and she said the same thing. Now it is cleer that I will not be seeing it at 12:00, and I only wish that the rest of my family liked LOTR as much as I do, because then my mom would be going at 12:00. Anybody willing to take me!?

Tickets have been for sale here 3 weeks already, people waited in line for those midnight premiere tickets for almost 2 weeks! 18/12 00:02 tickets were gone after only 2 hours of sale. Some people are just crazy ... :p

I've got tickets for 18/12 20:00. At a smaller theatre.

Falagar, if you're reading this, were you one of the madfans (:)) in line in Frognerparken?

Seems to me the first showing will be a madhouse, with everybody trying to go. Makes more sense to wait a few days til the furor dies down, no?
Or is the premiere special in some way? I know, you are all going in costume, but being over 16 I'd be a little embarrassed.

I'd love to go in costume but none of my friends have read LotR and no matter how many times i lecture them they refuse to read it. So i have no one to go to the premire with :( Does anyone live in Warren County, NJ? oh well, I probably won't get to see it 'til after New Years anyway. My parents own a florist shop and we're REALLY busy then. That's what happened last year too. *sigh*

You've never been to a madhouse opening day show?

Oh, man. I can't even describe the experience. Most (if not all) of my favourite moviegoing experiences of all time were opening day, opening show...
