Well, I was watching the movie (FOTR OF COURSE) and some one asked me what exactly Galadriel was saying, and they didn't have the caption. So I searched, and for all of you who didn't understand the stuff they were saying, here is the translation that I found.

1. Galadriel's Opening Words (which most everyone understood because of the captions)
Galadriel: I amar prestar aen, han mathon ne nen, han mathon ne chae a han noston ne 'wilith.

translated Galadriel: 'The world is changed; I can feel it in the water, I can feel it in the earth, I can smell it in the air.'

2. Elrond's Battle Cry.
Elrond's words to his army during the battle of the Last Alliance

Elrond: Tangado haid! Hado i philinn!

translated Elrond: 'Hold [your] positions! Fire the arrows!'

3. Arwen on Weathertop.

Arwen: Frodo, im Arwen. Telin le thaed. Lasto beth nîn, tolo dan na ngalad.

translated Arwen: 'Frodo, I [am] Arwen. I come to help you. Listen to my word, come back to [the] light.'

4. Bruinen Raid I (excluded from film)

Arwen to Aragorn: Ingon i athrad dammen beriathar aen.

(T)Arwen to Aragorn: 'I guess the ford will be held against us'

5. Bruinen Raid II.

Aragorn: Dartho guin Beriain. Rych le ad tolthathon.

Arwen: Hon mabathon. Rochon ellint im.

Aragorn: Andelu i ven.

Arwen: Frodo fîr. Ae athradon i hir, tur gwaith nîn beriatha hon.

Aragorn: Be iest lîn.

Arwen: Noro lim, Asfaloth, noro lim!

Arwen: Noro lim!
(t)
Aragorn: 'Stay with the Hobbits. I will send horses for you.'
Arwen: 'I will take him. I am the swifter rider.'
Arwen: 'The road [is] very dangerous.'
Arwen: 'Frodo dies. If I get across the river, [the] power of my people will protect him.'
Aragorn: 'According to your wish'
(speaking to horse)Arwen: 'Ride fast, Asfaloth, ride fast!'
Arwen: 'Ride fast!'

(to be continued) If you have any questions about anything in FOTR concerning translation, post it here, and I will get back to you...

Ooh you Angel for all those translations!!!!!!!! Now I have some wonderful elvish lines to start spouting round school and graffiting on my exercise books. I'll make good use of them when talking to my LOTR mates offline too. Cheers Mx

Arwen:'Waters of the Misty Mountains listen to the great word; flow waters of Loudwater against the Ringwraiths!'

Arwen & Aragorn's big romantic scene

(t)Arwen: 'The Shadow does not hold sway yet' [Lit. 'Yet the Shadow does not master, Aragorn.']
Arwen: 'Not over you and not over me.'
Arwen: 'Do you remember the time when we first met?'
Aragorn: 'I thought I had strayed into a dream'
Arwen: 'Long years have passed...'
Arwen: 'You did not have the cares you carry now.'
Arwen: 'Do you remember the word I told [you]?'

Iron, I believe with the Extended every elvish line is subtitled, well at least eh added scenes.

There's a website that has translated most of the elvish and other languages spoken or written in the movie:
