<IMG SRC=http://theonering.net/movie/images/cast/cast_dourif4.jpg> Brad Dourif If only he was given good lines and a believable villany, I could have liked his character in Aliens Resurrection. But I think everyone would agree there's few people on the planet more born to be Wormtongue. Show of hands for who's planning to be at DragonCon? ~H raises hand~

The guy looks exactly like Wormtongue! I always thought it would be the hardest part to cast, but just look at him!

Interesting, but it would be weird to see an actor for a movie that hadn't even come out yet. What would I say? "Nice to see you, Mr. Dourif, I love the way you're probably going to be in the upcoming movie"?? ;)

Ask him for all the details he's not supposed to reveal

I am actually planning to go to Dragoncon. My brother and his family and also my nephew live in Atlanta. Depends on how things go on the San Fran trip as it falls right around that time. We`ll see....

I have no idea of what Brad will say at DragonCon. We will be able to ask him about working on the movie and he will be free to say, "I'm not allowed to reveal that." :) I'm sure Brad has been required to sign a non-disclosure agreement which protects the integrity of the movie. HOWEVER, the time given to him will be HIS time. We won't set any agendae. We may, if it is deemed necessary, make some sort of announcement regarding what he is and isn't allowed to discuss (we did that for Steven Sears when I ran the Hercules/Xena track -- he wasn't allowed to hear story ideas or to discuss fan fiction while he worked on Xena). In general I think people will be asking Brad about his career (and I fully expect people who have seen his work to be in the audience -- I was amazed at how many of the Herc/Xena fans were VERY familiar with Robert Trebor's work prior to the roles he's had on Hercules and Xena). I think people will also ask Brad what his impressions are about Peter Jackson, the other people in the movie, New Zealand, etc. He'll undoubtedly have a lot to say that he CAN say, and I think we'll be hanging on every word of it! :)
