Episode III title suggestions, anyone?

No one really knows what George Lucas will name Episode III right now (as far as my naive brain knows). Any suggestions, whether serious or farcical?

Definately something like "The Rise of the Sith". I mean, it fits. A New Hope and Phantom Menace are both vague. ANH speaks of the rise of good, TPM the rise of evil. Empire Strikes Back and Attack of the Clones are typical serial type titles, and ESB signifies rise of evil, AOTC of good (ok it really signifies the rise of evil as well, but at the time the good guys didn't know that, they thought the clones were good). Return of the Jedi is good, so Ep 3 needs a negative title, something about a specific character, just like ROTJ refers to the Jedi.

You know it's not going to be obvious. No one expected "Phantom Menace," and maybe 1 person predicted "Attack of the Clones," and even then probably as a joke.

"Fall of the Jedi" would be good in terms of the Jedi collectively and Anakin in particular, but I think it's too obvious for George to pick it.

Totally agree with you. When they re-released the originals I got so into them and loved them! Read all the books etc and got really excited when I heard about ep 1 but then I saw it. There was nothing wrong with Jar-Jar - in fact not only wa he fine the first time, but he grows on your with every viewing.

I see that you are 16 (hector..) from your profile, so in 1999 you would have been young enough that you probably liked jar-jar.

Adults like him too (they should alll..) but kids all seemed to like him - as opposed to the unpredicted violent outcries.

Those rumors originated in twisted fans like yourself (if you want a perfectly good character to die).
