A suggestion

First of all, I love where you're going with the musical, and I can't wait to see it (In the front row on opening night of course :p). But there was one thing that bugged me while reading: The lack of "The Road Goes Ever On". Here's a theme Tolkien built around his book, that grows as the characters do, that describes the hobbits brilliantly, and could be used as their theme, and the theme of the whole piece. Why, why didn't you use it? I think the fans would be a bit annoyed not to hear it.

And an excellent suggestion at that. I think I skipped it as I cut so much out of FOTR. However I think I may have a missed a jewel in that lyric. I will give some thought to perhaps adapting it into other lyrics in the show as a thread that runs though the story. Thank you.
