This is my all time favorite show!!! Any other fans out there? Tell me why ya like it!

I was just waiting for CSI thread to pop up. :) I love that show! I only started watching it this year, but Thursday nights have my night of television that I have to watch. Scientific crime things interest me anyway. I was watching those true investigative things that come on the Discovery Channel, then later I was channel surfing and I saw a preview of CSI. I watched an episode, and BAM! I was hooked. It'll probably be my favorite show on television after The X-Files go off the air.

YEAH! another fan! This is my absolute favorite show right now... I can's say the X-Files is because I never watch it (I don't get that channel). Every Thursday I get in my special chair, turn out all the lights, and watch CSI. If I'm not home... I tape it!

YES! I now know other people who dig CSI! It reminds me of an old show in the 70's whe I was a kid that's about crime labs as well but focues more on one man than on a team. It's called Quincy.

BTW, how many seasons does it have already? It's on its 2nd season, I think, here in Manila. We get it through AXN.

I think it's on its second season here. Or maybe it's the third... I didn't start watching until this year. I think I remember seeing Quincy reruns on A&E. Did it have Jack Klugman in it?

Yeah, I think it's Jack Klugman as Quincy; who is a coroner who does more than his job description. The series is "Quincy, M.E." (Medical Examiner, perhaps?).

I've never heard of Quincy... it sounds like it would be pretty good though. I always have liked mystery/murder shows...

I think I've seen one episode of CSI...I liked it, but I rarely watch TV, (heh, except for baseball games...GO M'S!!!) I saw it when I was at my friend's house in New York. I think it's her favorite show.

I love CSI! I think its because it is very scientific, which I like, cause I'm studying science. Its not my fav show, but much better than some stuff on TV these days.

Has anyone seen the episode with that vampire lady? You know, the one where that woman had a big dog that went out killing people, and she made. . .smoothies? Because she had that disease I can never remember the name of, which includes extreme photosensitivity? In that one they were also looking at that case with the woman who killed her daughter at the amusement park, but it took them forever to figure it out?

That's the only one I've seen.

Yep... I've seen it. Pretty good episode... just a little freaky! :eek:

Yes, that was kind of a creepy episode. But good. That whole thing with the mother killing her daughter was really creepy.

used to watch this show alot until I had the dish shut off.

as for the other thread, it seems so cold to slam a padlock on someone's thread saying "A thread on this already exists"

Of course, if one goes fishing for threads, then you get the "This is such an old topic" routine. Its a no-win battle.....
