I would definitely eat Sam, but I would make him put hairnets on his feet first. And I wouldn't wait until he was dead. It loses all of the "gamey" flavor. And you need a blow torch if you want him cooked with him still alive. It's tricky, but it's fun. Plus he's tenderized by going up the mountain!;)

Trust me, it can't be worse than a Chinese potluck. I've been to a few and I've had to eat sea cucumber, various pig parts(ear etc.), beef tendons... and that's only the last time I've been to one

So far, I've only had a chance to taste "delectable" sea cuccumber in chinese fine-dine restaurants.

I don't particularly like them that much but their just ok.

The pig parts are absolutely delicious! They're crunchy (cholesterol-high; which is usually true of the "best tasting" parts).

Beef tendons are ok but rather considered a luxury at a restaurant. They're a bit hard to get.

Back on the topic of cannibalism, me and my college friends once watched the movie about that latin american team who survived a plane crash in some snow-capped mountains and had to eat their dead after it was agreed by all of them in case people die. We joked around after the movie about what we'd do. Several of us said we'd like to eat our muslim classmate whoe was there with us since she's not a pork-eater and that she's more healthy. She laughed at the idea and took it as a compliment.:)

I also read a book about the disaster of the whale ship, Essex. The ship was way out in the Pacific, and all the crew members were in those little whale boats chasing this humongous old sperm whale. Well, the whale turns and rams the ship, sinking it. The guys in the lifeboats had to get back to land thousands of miles away, and some starved on the way and the others ate them to stay alive, like the plane crash.

I dont think Frodo would eat Sam or vice versa. I mean think about it. With all the tramping they would be about as tender as beef jerkey :rolleyes:. But Sam's too good to be eaten and Frodo is too...too...too...good to be eaten. Actually I'm SURE that if Tolkien didn't provied Gollum Sam would have forced the Ring from Frodo and jumped into the Cracks of Doom to fufill the quest and to free his master. I honestly think that Tolkien had that in mind before he decided this equation. Gollum+Ringlust+Cracks of Doom=SAM'S SAVED!!!! YEEEEHHHHAAAAA!!!!

Actually it is a pretty neat story of how I got to be a werewolf. I was in the Strictly Evil RPG thread and I was bored because it wasn't going anywhere. So this werewolf showed up (ooh! I forget who it was right now but I'll find out later) and chalenged this other guy to a fight. Then I thought "Hey! I could turn into a werewolf and develop my charactor!" Actually I thought it would give me a chance to pass out again, you know what I mean. So anyway I started poking this werewolf with a stick and sure enough he bit me and I passed out. When I woke up I was at my User CP and the moon was gone so I was myself again. I finally figured out I was a werewolf at the next full moon. Boy was that a surprize!

So anyway, I guess I better eat you now huh?

i couldn't b/c i love sam, but if i din't then i would starve, and then the Ring would never be distroud, and the dark lord would get it and then every one in middle earth would die b/c i did not eat the person who i loved! life is so confusing!!! i do not know!
