has anyone else seen this film?
its the best EVER (apart from lotr duh) its got sum SERIOUSLY cool music on it, especially the song sugar high!(hmmm, i wonder y that is!)

if u havn't seen or heard of it SHAME ON YOU, its actually quite an obscure film and it is hard 2 get hold of (in the uk at least)

Well maybe there is a magazine called Empire, extremely likely, but that doesn't mean that there can't be a movie called that :p

I've seen most of it. It does suck.
Its about this Record store called Empire Records. This weird employee had taken $9000 from the store and took it to go gamble and lost it all. Now the manager (or owner of that store, i think) doesn't have enough money to pay the owner of the chain and need $9000. Lots of stupid sub-plots too. Like some old singing star, forget his name, goes and gets autographs signed, but then his assistant quits and he realizes that no one likes him. Some teen named Warren comes in and shop lifts. He gets caught and is made fun of the whole movie and is made an honorary employee. To sum it up, this movie sucked. Empire records was going to be sold and made another record store if they could not pay. They hold a huge party and get the money. Stupid movie. Liv Tyler was just one of the employees. Its on occasionally on some movie channel
