feanor would have wiped all of afghanistan off the face of the earth and probably would have attacked all muslims from the philipines to the balkans to north africa and then moved into spain to take on the basque then northern ireland then to into Colombia

Assuming his sons were with him, they'd do their oath thing, run over to the military base in Virginia (?) and catch them at unawares. Realizing they have too few battleships and submarines for all the people, Feanor takes his most loyal kin and abandons the others to face a fat lawsuit and incarceration (for life (?)) from the government. However, they opt to flee to Canada and cross first to Greenland by way of glacier and then to Iceland. Fill in the rest, 'cause I'm lazy.

Hmm...I just thought of this now (how slow is that?). The US can wash it's hands clean since these Noldor would renounce all of these political "details". Whatever media milage and propaganda that Al Qaeda spews forth will have no effect. They just keep coming back like an unstoppable force.

If they get to the cells, financiers, and leaders quickly, it will be a relatively painless operation. If they have trouble finding out who the brains are, woe be the arab world since no one will be safe.
