His was Introducing Eowyn as My Sister-Daughter

He meant 'the daughter of my sister', i.e., 'my niece'.

Its means his sister's daughter.
Eowyn was his niece.

Sister daughter is a term for Niece, to explain, Thèodens Sister gave birth to a Daughter, Éowyn.

Eowen was the Daughter of Theoden's sister, Theodwyn, and the third? marshall of the mark, Eomund.
You can tell by the similar names...
But I wonder... where did the second half or Eomer's name come from?
