Advance screenings

Last night on Fox News Channel they talked about how there was going to be a special screening of FOTR six days before the movie comes out. The tickets are about 500 bucks apiece. The money will go to the 9/11 victims. They compared the series to whats going on now. "Elves, men and dwarves banded together to save their civilization form evil, and diverse peoples are doing the same now."

The evil Darth Tater gets to see the movie in early December, probally before the on it mentioned on fox. :mad:

My friend works at the University of CT's bookstore and he got a pass to FotR from a Houghton-Mifflin rep. He went yesterday in the morning. He wont say much except thta he was blown away by how great it was.
