How would you rank Aragorn with the other great MORTALS of Middle-Earth

Say elendil and isildur

or tuor and beren

He accomplished more than isildur or elendil, but he wasn't as studly as beren, or even turin (although he was more sensible)

i would have to say that he very well could be the greatest of his age
