I wonder...does he have a "proper" name? Found no mention of one in "The Encyclopedia of Arda"!

the second in command of the nazgul is named khamul. i think that he is the only mentioned with personal name

Although Tolkien makes no mention most of them have been named in past games, books etc:

Angmar
Khamul the Easterling,
Uvatha the horseman,
Adunaphel,
Akhorahil the seer,
Ren the unclean,

are the six I can remember.
