wow. at least now i know that there are people out there who are even more obsessed than me! can you imagine spending that much on a book? i'm perfectly happy with my junky old copy of LOTR.

I own a first American edition of the Sil. though, foolishly I was careless with it and the dust jacket is long gone!:(
