anyone seen?
I've just seen. with my brother. he was incredibly disapointed at the lack of bloodshed.

Its a political docudrama... so of course not.
Besides, don't you read history? Its a dramatization of the Cuban Missle crisis... which turned out with little to no bloodshed. Why would you expect any?
Its a decent film, exciting and interesting in parts. The best thing about it though is the LOTR teaser before it.

I read history. note the words 'my brother'... he's about 12, and hates when things don't go bang.
Indeed... I saw that. not before this film, though. before dungeons and dragons. It was the high point, by a long way. not difficult, w/a film like d+d...

Yeah... with the d&d movie... well, when the theator breaks out laughing with the death of a main character, you know something is wrong...

Oh, most certainly. Thirteen Days was a very well done movie, with some odd things (I felt making parts black and white for no real reason to be a bit tacky), but overall an excellent movie.
The d&d movie was utterly hilarious, and had all of us (especially those familiar with d&d) cracking up. Unfortunately, not for any reasons the movie intended. It is one of those movies that is so bad, it can be funny - but I wouldn't really advise spending money on it.
