What is it about? I haven't seen trailers. Though I must say: I don't often see trailers on TV ads anymore.

Oh, there's also a LOTR/Hobbit-related joke going around.

The movie is set in Africa, and most of the actors are African-American or African (I suppose). But Andy Serkis and Martin Freeman are two notable white actors in the movie.

So they're being called "the two Tolkien white guys" - as a play on words for "token white guys". :D

Oh, I'm not really into Marvel films. I get that it's a big thing in the US, but the comics never really made it over here.

It's likely one of the better 'comic' movies i've seen. I liked Wonder Woman maybe just a bit better.

Finally watched it last night with my two younger sons. The oldest saw it at college the night before. :)

I enjoyed it.
