Anyone read much of George's stuff. He wrote Fisherman's Lady and sequel (Marquis's secret), Princess and the Goblins and sequel (Princess and Curdie), and a whole shwack of short stories. There's probably more books too, but those are the ones I own, and know most about.

I've read the Fisherman's Lady and its sequel. Enjoyed both of them. I first heard of George McDonald through references in C.S.Lewis's writings. I have a book edited by Lewis, George McDonald An Anthology, which has 365 excerpts from McDonald's writings. I used it as part of my devotional reading one year.

That sounds like a good idea. I know Lewis and MacDonald were really good friends, helped critique eachother's work. I base alot of my style of writing on thier's. I'll have to look for that book.

Where could I find some of your writings? Do you post them anywhere?

Not yet. I'm working on a webpage, but it's going really slowly. Once I get it up and running properly, with some of my stuff on it, I'll probably put a topic in here about it. So keep your eyes open!
