This may not be the right forum for it but...Patricia Keneally Morrison has written what I think of as a great Arthurian Tale. It's a futuristic story about the Old Age Celts from Atlantis going to outer space to find a new home. With many warlike and magical things to overcome. These are kinda old books so maybe you guys have'nt heard of them?
I'm interested in any opinion.

Yes, I read the Throne of Scone, but then stopped because I couldn't find anymore. Liked it ok. Read anything else of hers? Do you know she's a Knight Templar?

Hi X Rogue. I had read that about her somewhere. I started to read The Tales of Arthur but like you I got frustrated by not being able to find the sequels. Either her books are going out of print or I'm not lookin in the right places. Oh Well...If you DO find the other two books, I think you will like the story as a whole. She has a pretty interesting Web site if you would like to find out more about her.

I haven't read those, but I've read the first book of a series which combines the legends of Atlantis, the fairies, Arthur, and the life of the Britons. Very well done, the first book is called Taliesin (pronounced Tally-ay-zun). Unfortunately I can't remember the author's name at the moment.

Was it Stephen Lawhead? If so, I've read all three and liked 'em. After Taliesin, there was a book titled Merlin, and one called (what else) Arthur. Have you read Mary Stewart's Merlin books? Those are favorites of mine.

If you are a "Celtic" fantasy buff then please read Patricia Kennealy Morrison. She gives us stories off Arthur as well as Taliesin. Though I am not a BIG "Authurian Tales" fan I would always recomend T.H.White's "The Once and Furture King" and "The Book of Merlin". You can't do better than this!

Stephen Lawhead sounds right. I'd like to find the other books, I really liked Taliesin.
I love Celtic stuff, very much. I'll look up those books too.

Check the library first, most of 'em can be counted on to have Lawhead's stuff at least, and Mary Stewart as well. Kennealy-Morrisson they might not have all of, tho.

I read Taliesin, and its sequel Merlin, and about half of Arthur. They were very good. Anyone who likes that stuff will like The Song of Albion books. I can't remember the author (I think it was David something), but they're loosly based on Welsh mythology.

The two books continuing 'Taliesin' 'Merlin' and 'Arthur' are called 'Pendragon' and 'Grail'. On the whole they are called "The Pendragon Cycle". Stephen R. Lawhead is the author.
He also wrote:
The Song of Albion trilogy, The Dragon King Trilogy.

i have read all of the mary stuarts books (i think so at least theres 3) and i have read tamora pierce excelent books. what i liked about the staurt books was how she presented the legend
