Darn, I'm almost -almost- tempted to hunt a copy of those books down. But I kind of like my sanity intact, if the samples are anything to go by!
Though I like the ideas of doing readings until you can't read on because of the laughter, and have to pass the text on.

Brilliant article!
I once bought a mate a paperback I found in a second hand book shop, because it was so brilliantly rubbish. It was called 'The Devil's Post Office', written in the 50s. It was about a communist plot to overthrow the UK. Via the cover of a post office. I kid you not.
