Try Beren's farewell from the Lay of Leithien. You can find that poem in Lays of Beleriand. It's probably also been posted online since it's a very quotable bit.

Andreth and Finrod have a tragic romantic dialogue (concerning others, of course) at the end of Athrabeth Finrod ah Andreth in HoME X.
It's not romantic, but I've always liked Fingolfin's defiance:
the Gnomish king, there standing lone,
while endless fortresses of stone
engulfed the thin clear ringing keen
of silver horn on baldric green.
His hopeless challenge dauntless cried
Fingolfin there: 'Come, open wide,
dark king, your ghastly brazen doors!
Come forth, whom earth and heaven abhors!
Come forth, O monstrous craven lord,
and fight with thine own hand and sword,
thou wielder of hosts of banded thralls,
thou tyrant leaguered with strong walls,
thou foe of Gods and elvish race!
I wait thee here. Come! Show thy face! '
How long do you want it to be? And does it need to be actual dialogue the whole time?
Hey, how 'bout Bombadil's tribute to Goldberry? :D
