I've been doing some online roleplaying and I have an elven character. I've been searching for a good elvish translator on the internet and I can't seem to find one. Does anyone know where I could find one?

You mean automated and online? I don't think one exists. Your best bet is to post on a forum such as this one or others that are around and ask someone for a translation of a specific phrase or sentence. There are often Quenya or Sindarin experts on the boards who are willing to help. Usually it will only cost around 1/3 of your self-esteem. :D

1/3 of self esteem is a high price to pay

So here are some links I use sometimes myself. Not perfect, but there are much worse translators out there.
