The middle earth coloring book

Ok this does not quite belong here! :p But here it is: I would like to start a project: The middle earth coloring book! We could all draw pictures the way we want of anything we want for kids (And some adults) to color! Anyone interested? Just make sure they are for coloring (No shading and the shuch)

Well that's a cute idea! Though I could easily draw some simple stylized pix, I couldn't post them. :rolleyes: too stupid!....we once were going to publish a short story book here....Earniel wrote a nice story and some others were going to too....then that little elf girl who bugged us so much about doing it changed her mind, because it cost too much.
So....what would you draw Nokom? What is it you want to see in a coloring page?

The entmoot anthology! Yeah, it was a real bummer that project went down the drain, not just because the cost suddenly went up, but because IIRC not even three stories were entered. *shrugs* I still got a good story out of it, but otherwise I guess such projects are doomed to failure without serious motivation.

Going to read that....... I was gone for a while, now I'm back, so i found this post under "new posts" to look and see if anything exciting was happening that I should know about immediately. I wouldn't call this that, but it is an interesting idea. I have a hard time drawing just lines like you would need for coloring, and I am not sure how I could post it here, since the last time I tried to post a picture my computer freaked out. I'll see what I can do though... Ilike the idea. It's too bad the book fell through, but I can see how problems would arise quickly.

About the story book. I have an idea. I am certain with some work... We could get the rights to do it... We would have to have someone in charge of entmoot/tt (Moderator etc.) to get the owner of it to support us, it might cost money.

Not very keen on the money thing.
That might work if someone else darkens them for me. Whenever I try that on my own work, I get carried away and I end up with the whole thing dark.
