Case in point: Celeborn

In the radio production, it is pronounced Se-ley-born, yet in the Bakshi it is Ke-ley-born. Or do I have it backwards? Anyways, thoughts on pronouncing some of the trickier stuff, "Gandalf" and "Frodo" not included... :p

Well the question is; is the C hard or soft?

All the proper pronounciations are in the appendix of return of the king; the proper pronounciation for Celeborn is Kel-eborn as c is pronounced as k in the world of Tolkien.

Aha! So the answer was under my nose the whole time...

I myself had always pronounced it Seleborn. Just used to those soft C's I guess...

The Silmarillion has a page or two on pronounciation in the back as well, if I'm not mistaken.

That's 'cause you're soft. :p A few important pointers:
C is always K (like in classical Latin).
Th is pronounced as in thin.
Dh is pronounced as th in than.

But yeah, the Appendices and the end of the Silm both contain pronunciation guides.
