My fav quote would have to be when Frodo, Sam and Gollum are on the stairs, and "The gleam faded from his [gollum's] eyes, and they went dim and grey, old and tired."

I didn't like it but what did you think of that bit on mount doom when sam said " I may not beable to carry the ring but i sure can carry you' or however it when't. :rolleyes:
