I am please to announce that we are now an Official Star Trek Site.
While I will keep some Tolkein topics active, many of the other miscellaneous topic posts will be deleted.
This will be a phase in (not a phaser :D) over the next week as my schedule is booked fairly solid.
I hope many of you will choose to join me on this voyage

Most kind, BOP. I've some Romulan ale in the cupboard or if you like, something more tame, tea. :)

So what about user titles then?
500+ posts = Tribble
100-499 = Home cooking gone wrong
50-99 = Davros getting a prostate exam
10-49 = Life, but not as we know it
0-9 = Extra in red jumper who beams down to the planet with Kirk and Bones and might as well have "eat me" written on his forehead

I'm still a little suspicious. This can't be happe...is it? *falls into fetal position* I'm scared, so very scared. *shakes*

Oooh, good call on having the "red shirt" as the default newbie user title. *lol*
*wants a tribble :(

I love 'em both. Sit, relax and enjoy the ride.

Me too, I wanna red shirt too.
I am disburbed on a continuous and ongoing basis. I would also pay a considerable sum of money to whoever could CGI Father Jack into an early Trek episode.
Spock: The creature's bodily odour is repulsing all planetary systems in this sector. Fascinating.
Bones: It's life, Jim, but not as we know it.
Kirk: We come in peace..
Jack: Feck off!
BeardofPants
04-02-2006, 01:43 PM
*rofl* I was thinking more of Father Jack bein' a red shirt emissary, but yours is funnier. :D

So, shall we go to the Teacu-err, the Recreation Room and drink ourselves unconscious?...
Sounds like a very good plan! *takes littleadanel by the arm and stoll over to the Recreation Cup. Urh. Yeah.*

On a mission such as ours, fun is important. After all you might beam down to a planet wearing a Red Shirt and then what!

Yes, I see you are serious.
I am quitting. It used to be a nice site but I have nothing to do with Star Trek, whatever it is.
Best wishes to all :) , I have had an awesome time here. I will miss you all.

Will Entmoot be renamed now? And are all the Tolkien forums here to stay, or are there plans to try replacing them with Star Trek forums? Replacing the forums would cause a lot of distress . . .

As great and wonderful as this new board is, Entmoot will live on.
I am sure this is just a joke, but I would love to see the board split and have Entmoot work in partnership with WhereNoManHasGoneBefore.

I shall not be attired in 60's style. I am purely DS9. Do you not see my avitar?
However, many times have we nodded as we passed in the corridors. I hope we may work together on many projects in the future.

It was quite fun while it lasted, however.
But in all seriousness, it was a little scary.

Well, Hermione is scary, brilliant, but scary. :)
AND TO ALL who 'got it' and those that didn't; thanks for the many messages of good wishes and support. They meant a lot to me.
