The storyline so far:

Despite valeint efforts on the part of the free peoples of Middle Earth, the one ring has fallen into the hands of Souron, all of Middle Earth east of the misty mountens has been overrun by orcs...

However power hungry orcs have killed Souron and disposed of the ring...

This would be good if orcs weren't everywere...

Side with one of the meny orc tribes going around or with the resistence of the free peoples

All right, me and my men set up camp neer the ruins of Minas Tirith.

I am between Loren and Rohan, going to see Theoden and bring him news of the orc gatherings in the east.

me' and me 'Scum' boys are terrorising the North, east of the Misty mountains... we've just had a right set-to with hairy Gnash-eyes and his lads who came crawling out of their mountain holes like a bunch of maggots ... we slaughtered the lot and plundered their pigsty.. gnash we set on fire ... how we laughed to hear him howl!

After arriving in Rohan, I meet Eomer and his company. I accompany them back to the Golden Hall so that I may bring an urgant message to the King of the Riddermark.

Bamboozler the bad and his boys have just had fresh news hot from the slathering jaws of the Warg messenger that his old enemy and Rival, that twisted ugly lump of mal-formed sinew that is Grimstench the greedy is claiming the North as his and trying to get several other tribes to join him ...

The scum are even now marching south ...

Acalewia tells Theoden King the orcs are gathering in the east and has a feeling more will gather elsewhere. Grima tells him there is nothing to worry about but an war-mongering elf. Eomer throws down a helm with the White Hand painted on it. Theoden gives Grima the boot and sends him back to his master.

I am Albus, son of Alamin. I'm a ranger from the Northwest. I am also a half-elf. I was traveling along a southern route, when I happened upon a large gathering of scum. I take an alternate route around the scum and get ahead of them a little ways. I pick out a nice little hiding spot among the trees, pull my bow out, and start picking off some of the orc scum. I then jump down and cut some heads off with my sword, and once I've finished what's left of them. I turn east towards what used to be Gondor. After many days of travelling, I come upon a band of Gondorian soldiers attempting to reconstruct Minas Tirith...I ask to speak to their captain.. :D

I come out to greet you and ask why you're here. :D

I reply by saying, "Greetings to you Gondorian. I am Albus, son of Alamin. I come from a Dunedain tribe in the North. I bring warning to all that will hear it. Far North, there is a king who has taken up residence in what was once the land of Angmar. He is drawing up an army of orcs, trolls, and other foul beasts, and they number at least hundreds of thousands. I was riding southward to bring warning to anyone I met when I came across a band of orcs. I slew them, because I believed that they might have been a small part of that army. But, as you know, many orcs are running free these days. Do you know of any other of the free peoples that could be in danger?"

A group of Riders set out with a message for The Steward.

On the third day, the Riders from Rohan reach the Gondorian encampment and ask to speak to the Steward, as they have urgent news from Rohan. A ranger stands up and walks towards their captain. He asks if Rohan has been warned of the growing army in the North.

"'ere" snarled bamboozler the bad, where's Dozy and his lads?

"went off ahead Guv, to get some firewood ... they haven't returned. But our scouts report there was a dirty filthy Tark following them with a longbow..."

"dozy cretin" bamboozler spit out .. " he had 12 good lads with him .."

(OOC: see's strider8 walk into camp and and asks him to join in the scum ... we need a new Gang leader .. .hopefully not as dozy as 'dozy' draggag the dead - maybe strider 8 has a crew of his own that might like to join forces?)

A rider from Minas Tirith is sent to Rohan, once he crosses the border, he is met by a band of nasty scum. He is killed at once. All of a sudden, a group of Rohirrim ambush the scum and kill every last one of them. Their captain takes a look at the man that was killed and identifies at as a Gondorian. A rider from Rohan is then sent in haste to Minas Tirith.

Blimey muttered bamboozler, " where's Piggnash and his lads?"
"They went ahead south and got slaughtered by a bunch of horsey-boys" muttered an orc.

"Good!" grinned bamboozler, "never liked him anyway"

Mighty half elf ... stop trying to kill my lads- at least NOT ALL of them - strider8 hasn't even had a chance to post yet! ... besides we are a large group ... but what if i just write we waltz south and in one afternoon kill everyone in Gondor? Not likely is it? besdies we're up by the carrok, although moving slowly southwards...

:D well gurlaz and his finest five hundred join my 500 minus dozy and Piggnash's lads ... and were going to roast some horsey-boys ... being very carefull to send our stupidest and most easily killable lads up front first, mind ;)

Alas...the scum wandered into the great forest of Fangorn. They decide to make camp at its Southern border. As they are collecting firewood, one of the trees that they are cutting up stands up and roars loudly...what happens next??

Several more trees awaken. The scum panic and begin to run over each other in an attempt to escape. The Ents crush several before the rest run out of Fangorn, only to come face to face with a patrol of Riders. The survivors are killed.



.................................Meanwhile in Gondor............................................


The Rohrrim messengers are unable to speak with the Steward, so they return to the captain they spoke to first.

"We were sent to tell you that a Dunedain called Acalewia is coming to meet with you to see how the defenses are and to help you in any way she can."

[Butterbeer]

"well, that'll save us some gold and grub, eh Gurlaz?"
laughed bamboozler

[Drake]

"Orcs, bah I hate them for killing me family." "I shall make them suffer for what they did to me homeland." I say. "Their leader is cunning, he has escaped me for the last time!"

meanwhile, Bamboozler put his feet up somewhere safe and had a swig of god knows what.

"'ere' wann' some o'this Gurlaz?" he asked.

[Drake]

"No, but you could can come here and fight me you good for nothing orc." Drake said.

patience... good drake... if you tell me where in middle earth you are i could send some lads down ... theyre expendable you know :D

"I'm at Helm's Deep so, go ahead and send them. I'll take them all down!" I said.

I'm sending Big Bob ... he's a mighty fighter (if somewhat flatulent) ... he'll duel you personally ... when he legs it down there.

So I decided that I would meet Big Bob half way. So I meet him half way and killed him.

You need to send stronger orcs, Bamboozler.

Drake...don't get too happy killing orcs...we have to save some for the rest of the Rpg...Anyways, once Drake kills the scum, he returns to Helm's Deep, where he finds a mysterious hooded figure deep in discussion with the King of Rohan. The hooded figure stands up and removes his hood when he sees Drake enter the room. It is Albus, son of Alamin. He has ridden from Gondor to bring word of the roaming orcs. Rohan was already aware of this because the Westfold had been burned for a second time and their people were being mercilessly slaughtered....

Bamboozler, realising the pointlessness of his cause, and in a fey and foul mood after hearing of Big Bob's slaughter without even Bob having the chance to land a blow in battle ....


turned on his remaining few hundred scum and slaughtered the lot with one throw of a spear ... :rolleyes:

then he turned and slaughtered all gurlaz's orcs too: just like that! :rolleyes:

then bamboozler killed himself.

Only his friend gurlaz remained alive.

As Gurlaz pondered the desperate situation, he heard a sound of marching. It was a band of Uruk-Hai, about a thousand, armed to the teeth. Their leader saw the forlorn orc and said, "What are you doing?"
"Well, I just got my orcs slaughtered, and I'm waiting for a guy like you," Gurlaz answered.
"Well, I'm your man...er, Uruk. I am Nazhagg, the greatest Uruk chief in Moria!"
"There are Uruk-Hai in Moria?"
"Not any more-I was the only one! :D Anyways, can I help you out?"
"Yes...there's a little matter we must take care of a little ways from here...a puny place called Helm's Deep."
"Well, then, show me the way!"

[Acalewia]

Preparing to ride to Gondor, Acalewia runs into Albus and Drake.
"Where are you off to?" Drake askes. "All the fun is here"
"I'm going to Gondor to see how there defences are"
"The defences are just fine," Albus says. "You're needed here"

March, march, march...

As the scum and their Uruk leader near the fortress of Helm's Deep. A scout is sent out and returns with news of the approaching forces. All soldiers and men able to fight are summoned and armed. Every Rohirrim from every corner of Rohan has come and is prepared to fight. Dwarves have also come from every cave and underground dwelling to aid the Men. And so the Enemy approaches.


---------------------Meanwhile, in Gondor---------------------------------

The Gondorians had succeeded in rebuilding the bottom two levels of Minas Tirith. A rider from Rohan approached the White City and gave ill news to the Captain of the Guard. Rohan was under siege. By nightfall, a force of 10000 orcs and Uruks would have reached the Hornburg and attacked. Although their are many Rohirrim soldiers, Dwarves, and two of the Dunedain, and a half-giant named Drake, Gondorian help would be much appreciated. The King awaits your answer, Captain of Gondor.

After recovering from the shock I scramble the men and start for rohan, leaveing a few guards...

"Attack!" screamed Nazhagg, and the Uruks sent their ladders up to the wall.
Watching them get tossed down, he shouted, "Do I have to show you scum how to kill the horseboys??"
Enraged by his soldiers' failure to succeed, he claws up a ladder, and leaped onto the wall. As two Rohan soldiers blocked his way, he quickly beheaded them and led a countercharge on the wall!
"Rohan is ours!!" he shouted. "Nazhaaaaaagg!!!"

Just then a bunch of gondorain bombers start sweeping the orcs with napalm!!! Just kidding my men don't have airplains and are still riding there(Why they're useing horses I don't know)

After that, the Uruks nuke Helm's Deep! (just kidding)
Okay, back to the battle...
Spurred by their leader, the Uruks start streaming onto the wall, overpowering the defense!

the spirit of bamboozler turned up and egged them on! (just kidding) :D

The gondorains have come to the battle!!!

My men form a phaltex (one of those greek shield-wall things) with big shields and pikes and start advanceing into the battle... :evil:

[Acalewia]

"Elendil!" cries Acalewia as the stroke of her sword beheads several orcs.

[Curubethion]

"Graahhhh!!!" roars the Uruk-Hai leader. "Death to the tark scum!!!"
He slides down the ladder, and rushes to stop the oncoming Gondorian forces. As two spearmen rush towards him, he grabs one's weapon and runs both of them through with it! His followers thunder after him.
Where is Gurlaz? wonders the uruk.

I run twoard the gap in the philantex with my longsword...

Running swiftly, Nazhagg singles out the warrior, preparing to meet him in man-to-man combat! He levels a swing at the Gondorian captain!

With a mighty swing, Nazhagg knocks the Gondorian's head clean off. Just then, the ground starts to shake and Drake the King of the Half-giants comes charging towards the screaming orcs and their Uruk leader.

[Acalewia]

Acalewia and several other archers shower the orcs with arrows as Drake continued to charge.

Gurlaz jumps up on the and stabs a sword through a horsey boys stumarch

So now my guy is dead, I'm allright with that.

[Curubethion]

Nazhagg stops as Drake comes up. The two warriors glare at each other. All else falls back like a curtain, and the half-giant rushes forward! Savagely, the Uruk charges!
(ooc: nice to see you back, Gurlaz!)

[Acalewia]

"Gurth 'ni yrch!" Acalewia cries as a volley of arrows sail toward the big Uruk.

[strider8]

Gurlaz steals a crossbow from a uruk warrior and starts shooting at Drake.

As the Uruk and Drake began to trade blows, the arrows hailed down upon them. Gurlaz and Acalewia's archers both stopped firing. The two warriors were within their own duel!

[Acalewia]

Acalewia turned to the men about her.
"Who will ride with me and face the orcs?"

[Drake]

"You die now uruk!" Drake said.
With a blow to the head the uruk fell.

[Curubethion]

"Hey buddy," said the Uruk to Bamboozler.
The wraiths Nazhagg and Bamboozler watched the battle rage on.

[Drake]

As Drake charged into battle the uruks swarm him.

[Acalewia]

Suddenly, the gates of Helm's Deep fly open. Acalewia and a small group of Riders charge the Uruks attacking Drake.
"Gurth 'ni yrch!" she screamed.

[Drake]

The riders hit the uruks head on.As they charged Acalewia saw three different shape scars on Drake.Drake charged further into battle with the new strength, his friends had given him through their courage.

[Acalewia]

Acalewia and her Riders flanked Drake, cutting down orcs who dared attack them. She was closest to the Half Giant. Acalewia gave a cry and the group charged forward. A group of Warg-riding orcs charged them. The blow from the warg hitting her horse knocked her off. The Warg was now on top of her.

[Drake]

"I will save you Acalewia!" Drake yelled as he hit the warg off his friend."I don't want to see you get hurt Acalewia, you and your men return to helm's deep." he said.

[Acalewia]

"Hannon le, Drake." She gave a cry and her men headed back to Helm's Deep. Acalewia's blade ended a few more orc lives before she returned with her men. "I will return if I see the need, my friend."

[Drake]

She did not have to return to the battlefield. After Drake defeated three uruk captains the uruks ran in fear of Drake. When Drake returned to helm's deep,he asked Acalewia to marry him.

4th Marshel Nareaile Brownleaf, son of Aariaile, which is the second Marshel, lead his army to the borders of Mirkwood, where they now fought an onslaught of Orc invaders. An arrow whisles by his head, he turns and stares with his keen eyes at the pitiful Orc who shot it, then drew his bo and fired an arrow into its head in a flash. Then, dismounting from his beautiful black horse, Aakeaile, he drew his long white bladed daggar and sliced open the face of an orc, then rapidly firing arrows into his foes, the orcs barely stand a chance.

[Acalewia]

The question caught Acalewia off guard. The others waited for her answer.
"There is much we must accomplish before then, Drake. Gondor is still vunlerable. When the orcs are defeated and the King of Gondor and Arnor sits upon his throne."

Drake, the lady is right. Such questions should not be toyed with during dark times as these.

[Drake]

"I do not know why that came up." Drake said." I am not to feel emotion."

[Acalewia]

"We must away to Gondor. Now that we have had victory here, the orcs will attack there. What say ye?"

[Drake]

"You and the rest of our forces must go to Gondor's aid.I have to go to see somebody in bree." Drake said

"There is rumor that the heir of Isildor is in the north, Albus" Acalewia mounted. "If he is indeed, Drake will find him"

[mighty_half-elf]

"Very well, Drake, you are free to carry out your plans. I pray that you remain safe on your journey."

[Acalewia]

"We must be on our way. Gondor cannot stand alone for long" Acalewia mounted her horse.

[mighty_half-elf]

"Yes, we should set out for Minas Tirith. Drake, I hope that your trip is safe and successful. Come Acalewia, we must leave."

[Acalewia]

With that, the Rangers and an eored of Rohan began their journey to Gondor.

[mighty_half-elf]

As they approached the outer walls of the White City, a loud screech filled the air and a Nazgul swooped down on a fell beast. They began to ride faster, and as they were riding, Acalewia sent an arrow flying at the winged creature, which turned upwards upon impact with the arrow.

[Acalewia]

"Go!" Acalewia cried. "Ride within the walls!"

[Drake]

When Drake arrived in bree he was greeted by Aragorn.They headed tword gondor and joined their friends.
