Has anyone else read this book by Herbie Brennan (I believe he's Irish)? I thought it was really good, anyone else?
I'm not very good with summaries, but... it's basically about a young boy (erm, a teen I guess) named Henry dealing with some family troubles, but also who gets mixed up in the affairs of the "Faerie Realm" (so to speak), where things are not all that calm either...

no, but i have read some other good faerie fiction :D
The War of the Flowers by Tad Williams is extremely good; it keeps you guessing. another good one is Tithe by Holly Black. it's a short read (really short) but well worth it; it's what got me interested in reading other books about the faerie realm. :)

Yeah, I got this book last year I think, for my birthday. I was okay - not the best I've ever read, but yeah it was entertaining. I'm just trying to think of the story, I haven't read it for a long time.:)

yay! :) i agree with Lalaith_Elf... it wasn't "wow, omigosh, SPECTACULAR, best book EVER" material, but i think it definitely has its moments. it really kept me interested, with subtle little twists that keep you going.
